How does Rishta.com do it every time?? lol.....every single epi touches me in some way or the other....and this epi was no exception.
The major storylines in today's epi dealt with the war hero Capt. Akshay, Ruchika ultimately having to say goodbye to Tyson (a.k.a Mowgli) and poor Huzeifa ultimately facing some heartbreak cuz he couldn't seem to keep up with Sureena's partying lifestyle😆
I thought Capt. Akshay was an interesting character who for some reason was vaguely reminding me of Akshay Khanna as well....lol....maybe cuz of the cleft in his chin?? Maybe that's why they named him Akshay in the show too??😆.....He seems to be only the second client after Twinkle who basically shut up Rohan by being outrightly rude to him😆😆.....Interesting to see Rohan trying to be somewhat diplomatic for a change and still getting slammed down🤣.....No wonder he kept on venting about the guy afterwards.....lol.....Akshay's interactions with Rohan were actually the highlight of the epi in many ways....especially the one conversation they had at the coffee shop when Akshay says that he can crack jokes as well....and then later on towards the scene in the parking garage.....They tied up the 'hum sab darpok hain' bit very well....I loved the earlier scene b/w Rohan and the sky diving instructor as well when she first says that line to him....poignant scene....and I just knew when I saw her that we are looking at Rohan's next girlfriend already😆😆
And finally Ruchika had to say goodbye to Tyson in today's epi......It was so sad, really....he's such an adoooooooooooorable dog.....but I loved how they handled the storyline....especially the scene when Ruchika is saying one last goodbye to Tyson and starts crying and later on when that kid comes in to claim his lost pet Mowgli a.k.a Tyson....the scene b/w him and Ruchika there was really really sweet!.....and I loved the Isha-Ruchika scenes in this storyline as well....especially the bit when Isha was consoling her after Tyson's gone....and by the end, it got kinda funny the way Ruchika was all morose dropping her head onto Huzeifa's shoulder again and again and saying "I miss Tyson"😆....and Huzeifa bechara repeating again and again...."Mujhe neend aa rahi hai....ghar chalein?"😆😆
Which finally brings us to Huzeifa ki kahaani in this epi.......bechare Huzeifa ki simple organized life is now all topsy turvy thanks to his "Badhti Bacchi" of a girlfriend Sureena😆.....Throughout the epi, the poor guy was lamenting about getting no sleep thanks to the constant partying that Sureena dragged him to every night😆....my fav. bit was his scene with Rohan when Huzeifa says, "Mujhe kuch bhi kar ke Sureena ko bhi boring banana padega"😆😆....and later on when he's complaining again that he isn't getting enough sleep cuz of all this partying, Rohan says, "Jab pyar kiya toh sona kya?"🤣.....To his credit, Huzeifa does try to work with the situation as much as he can manage....but ultimately he can't have the stamina of a teenager😆....Even though by the then we kinda saw it coming, when they show Sureena partying with her ex-bf in the end, I felt bad for poor Huzeifa.......So maybe it wasn't meant to be after all😆.....but atleast him and Ruchika looked so cute together in the last bit....😆
Overall a very nicely balanced epi with interesting storylines once again....the main case was quite nice and very well tied up toward the end again and ofcourse the continuing storylines of Ruchika-Tyson and Huzeifa-Sureena also had a lot happening in them today.....some great Rohan-Isha moments sprinkled in as well......A fabulous job by the Rishta.com team once again👏👏👏
