Missing girl - Part 1 aired on June 15
Today the show starts with a dance competition for which Anupam and Madhavi are the judges. A girl from Nasik is nervous to perform but her parents and friends give her confidence and she hugs them. The girl's item is the last and her name, Shefali Verma is announced. She dances on Tauba-Tauba song.
Anupam is getting bored but Madhavi is very interested. She tells Anupam that she herself used to dance in college. Anupam is amazed.
Shefali's parents are happy at her performance. Shefali hugs them and goes to change her dance costume. She feels that someone is following her but when she looks back; can't find anyone. She goes into her room but feels that someone is near the door. She opens the door but don't find anyone.
Results of dance competition are announced and Shefali Verma's name is announced for 1st prize. Everyone is happy but she doesn't come on stage. Her dad goes to her room in search of her but don't find her there. Audience is impatient. Dad tries her cell phone but in vain. He tells his wife that he couldn't find her. Her name is announced few more times but she is nowhere. Madhavi wonders where Shefali went?
Outside the hall, Madhavi is surprised at seeing a bald guy (played by Rajesh Khera- Maddy of JJKN). He comes and says hello but she is not pleased. The organizer comes and tells her that Shefali is missing. Anupam asks Raghav to inform all police stations. Parents are really tensed and tell Madhavi that Shefali would always tell them before going anywhere. NCCW team searches her room and finds all her clothes and other stuff in place. Madhavi says that it means Shefali is still in her dance costume. A watchman comes there and Anupam asks if he saw someone outside that room? He fluster but says no. Organizer tells them that watchman was with him. Madhavi is annoyed at watchman for not being on duty.
Madhavi sees that bald guy getting in a car. She wonders what he is doing there? Shefali's parents are crying. Madhavi asks if she knows anyone in Mumbai? A cell phone kept on the table is ringing and Shefali's dad says that phone belongs to her. Madhavi attends the call. It's from the manager of Hotel Sahil and he asks for Shefali because she had booked 2 rooms there so he is wondering when they would arrive? Madhavi is surprised and tells the same to parents. No body knows about the booking. Shefali's dad says that they have tickets for same day to Nasik.
Madhavi is pacing in her room thinking about the bald guy. Vikram (her husband) asks the reason for her tension. She tells him that she saw Deepak (bald guy) that morning at the competition and a girl disappeared from there. Now she has this doubt that Deepak has something to do with the disappearance. Vikram asks her not to assume things. He says that Deepak was in London and may be just returned so why blame him? Madhavi is not convinced. She says Deepak is responsible for her sister's death so he can't be innocent. She cries and tells Vikram that she will avenge her sister's death.
Next day Madhavi is driving and thinking about Deepak. Tanvi & Raghav go to Hotel Sahil to enquire about the booking made by Shefali. The manager says that the room was booked by her aunt, a middle aged woman. Madhavi calls on Tanvi's phone and tell them that a deadbody with Shefali's clothes is found so meet her there. They go for identification but it some other girl with Shefali's dance costume on.
Parents are very sad and crying. Raghav wonders who that dead girl is and Madhavi asks why she was wearing Shefali's clothes? Dad is crying and says when Shefali came to Mumbai last time, she returned home without any problem. Madhavi & Anupam are annoyed at them for not telling the fact that Shefali came to Mumbai alone once. Shefali's friends say that they all came together to Mumbai for a TV dance audition 4 months back. Shefali's dance was appreciated and the judge Neena Ahuja asked her to meet her personally. Madhavi asks him if Shefali met Neena? Friend say that Shefali told him that she went to meet Neena Ahuja.
Madhavi and team questions Neena Ahuja but she tells them that Shefali never met her. Friend say but Shefali told that she met her. Madhavi says someone is lying here. Just then Shefali's brother comes there with a letter that Shefali sent. Raghav reads the letter, which says that her life is ruined so she is going to end it. Parents and brother wail.
A dancing bar is shown. A lady brings some clothes to a room and throws at a girl. That girl is Shefali and she is crying.
How did she reach there? Are TV auditions a scam? Are innocent girls an easy target of the couch syndrome?
