The hospital rape case – Part 1 aired on June 8^th

The show starts in a hospital where a patient is unmanageable and doctor asks nurse to give him injection immediately. Nurse is feeling giddy and she becomes unconscious. When she regains consciousness asks the lady doctor if her baby is alright? Lady doctor tells her that her baby is fine and she became unconscious because of low BP. So she needs to stay in the hospital for 24hrs and can go home next day. She tells that one more injection is to be given at night and she will ask duty doctor or nurse to give that to her. Another doctor comes there and is surprised to find the nurse in bed. He asks, Vidya, what happened to you? Lady doctor tells, Dr.Raj she fell unconscious because of low BP. Vidya's brother wants to leave now to go to NCCW office to repair some computer virus. Vidya tells him to say hello to Madhavi. Vidya asks her fellow nurse Shalini to give her company for that night. Shalini agrees.

At NCCW office Raghav is getting impatient with computer virus problem. Anupam teases him that US Engineers fail in India so wait for Rajeev to come and repair it. Madhavi and Tanvi laugh. When Rajeev comes in Madhavi asks how Vidya is? He tells her that Vidya had slight low BP but doing fine now. Raghav asks who Vidya is and Madhavi tells him that Vidya is Rajeev's elder sister. Her husband died 2 months ago and after 10 days she came to know that she is pregnant. She never cried and she is a fighter. A very strong lady!

The hospital clock struck 1:00 and there is no one in the lobby. We are shown someone going into Vidya's room; gives her some injection and pulling her bed sheet off.

Next morning when Vidya gets up, she feels terrible pain in her tummy. Nurse sees blood on the bed. Lady doctor tells Vidya that last night someone had attempted intercourse with her and that had somehow affected the baby and she miscarried. Vidya is shattered. (I really felt bad for her😭)

NCCW team comes in. Vidya is screaming that she doesn't want to live. Madhavi consoles her. Vidya wonders how someone could rape her and she didn't even know? She is horrified at the thought. Owner of the hospital Mr.Bhandari comes in and assures Vidya that they will find the culprit. He asks NCCW team to not publish the case. Dr.Raj consoles Vidya.

Raghav wonders how is it possible that someone entered the room and raped her and Vidya didn't even know. Tanvi comes in with a report from pathologist that Vidya was given high doses of some anesthetic drug. He then raped her without leaving any mark. Madhavi suspects someone from the hospital. She asks Raghav to get DNA testing of everyone on duty that night at the hospital.

Anupam and Inspector Patil interrogate the ward boy on duty. He is very rude and doesn't answer properly. Patil warn him. Anupam then asks duty nurses if they gave Vidya the injection at night. But they say that Shalini was going to stay with Vidya and she was supposed to give her injection but she left at night without telling anyone or handing over the duty.

Dr.Raj again comes to console Vidya and ask her to cheer up and start life afresh. Tanvi and Anupam ask him Shalini's address. He is baffled.

Anupam and Tanvi go to Shalini's house. They ask if she knows about Vidya's rape? She says she heard. Anupam asks her then why she didn't go to enquire Vidya's health? Shalini says that she has sinus problem so she left around 3:30 in the morning. Anupam asks if she gave Vidya her injection? Shalini says that she left hospital immediately after giving injection. Anupam smiles and asks how is it possible that she gave injection at 1:00 and then left immediately when just a while ago she told them that she left around 3:30? He asks if she saw anyone in front of Vidya's room. The answer is no. Anupam says that it's strange that the ward body on duty and Shalini didn't see anyone around. Tanvi says a cover on the table. She asks Shalini for a glass of water and picks up that cover. She finds Shalini's ultrasound report inside. They find out that Shalini is pregnant. While leaving Anupam asks how she came to know that Vidya was raped if she didn't go to hospital that day. She baffles and says that she got a call from Mr. Bhandari asking her to cooperate with NCCW.

At NCCW office Madhavi asks Raghav how Bhandari is? Raghav says that he seems a greedy guy. Madhavi says no wonder he doesn't want this case to go to the press and spoil his image. Tanvi-Anupam says Shalini and ward boy's behavior was strange. They get DNA report and Madhavi finds the entire test came negative. That means no one on duty is a rapist. Anupam asks Raghav to keep and eye on ward boy Arvind even though he is not the rapist. At night Arvind is shown blackmailing someone on the phone to give him money for A/C or he will reveal the truth about the rape to NCCW. The person on the other side agrees to give him the money. Arvind is jubilant.

i definitely dont think the culprit is the doctor.....but the dean......I think the doc. is responsible for Shalini's pregnancy.

I also think its Dr Raj although I really do not want it to be him. He seems to be so nice but that could also be the reason he is the rapist. He may have feelings for her and wanted to marry her after her husband's death but she may disagreed as she had the last nishaani of her husband to live for.

I could be the dean as he has the money and he could be the one paying the ward boy for being quiet. And also shalini said that the dean had called and at the same time she was also looking at her pregnancy report maybe shalini had an affair with him.

Thanks bluepink for the nice update. I suspect Dr Raj as well. But it seems like other hospital workers may also be involved in the rape case. The ward boy was acting rude so he may be involved. The accomplices should also be punished. Poor Vidya...
