Kshom will most likely get engaged to jia or marry her, in which causes shehkar pain and he deserves it. I am just saying because of the song how it shows them sepearated. And yet maybe kshom will leave her and jia and shehkar will get back

Shehkar does not deserve her, jia is the epitome of a bahu( fictional of course) but no i will hate the show if she does go back to that cheater.
