A person who turns on hearing those words tightly fished his hands while glaring at him.
"Chalein Kabir" these words brought him out of his trance.
He again turned to see them as they got separated then walked out.
AFTER SOMETIME
KABIR'S CABIN
Kabir was staring out at his problem with the eyes filled with confusion, anger, rage and... So much of confusion only.
K(pov)- kya kar raha hu main aur kya ho raha hai mujhe, itna gussa vo bhi ek choti si baat par, Kabir Sharma na kabhi kisi pe trust karta hai aur na hi kisi se koi expectation rakhta hai fir bhi kyu uspar itna gussa aa raha hai mujhe and what the hell I did today in morning, bina uski story ko consider kiye maine uski story ko dismiss kar diya, I am not that kind of reporter, then why I did this
A voice came from his heart
H- because you had expected from her, you wanted to get dependent on her and when she broke your expectation you got angry and in rage dismissed her story.
Kabir gasped when the thought of his heart came to his mind. He shook hais head and closed his eyes resting on the chair, the great EIC chair
K(pov)- ab to mujhe ye samajh nahi aa raha ki problem Ananya hai ya ye EIC chair
Kabir opened his eyes in shock by his thought
K(pov)- main seriously paagal ho gaya hu, meri power ko main apni problem samajh raha hu, I am gone insane. Ofcorse yahi Ladki problem hai, aur koi nahi sirf yahi ladki aur uska so called naya Partner, they both are making me mad, but why their closeness affecting me so much
Again his heart says
H-kyuki vo Ladki shayad teri problem nahi balki...
Kabir again creased his brows thinking what Ananya means to him then with a determined face he said
K- nahi Ananya meri problem hai aur ye main apne dil ko saabit karke rahunga.
NEXT DAY ( my version)
Kabir, Ananya and Sunny were at Bhavna Shroff place
Ananya and sunny several times rang the bell but nobody opens. Then they heard a voice saying " tum dono yaha kya kar rahe ho "
Ananya gasped at his strong voice while sunny got frozen at him spot hearing him.
Both turn and saw Kabir standing there with his both hands in the pocket and looking at them with eyes filled with curious an accusing looks
Sunny gulped while Ananya looked at him little disappointedly.
A - Actually hum yaha Manav sir ki lead follow karne aaye hai
Kabir raised his eye brows hearing this then shook his head at her clearly dejected by her choice for the employee with whom she wants to work with. Then he rang the bell and door got opened. Ananya and sunny stared at the door in shock while Kabir smirked at their expression. They all went inside.
When Kabir was flirting with Bhavna Shroff he was noticing her expression which are similar to him when he was seeing Manav flirting with her. But this reaction satisfied Kabir and his heart felt something else. So till now he hadn't proved his heart that Ananaya was his problem.
AT NIGHT
KABIR'S ROOM
Kabir was lying on the bed and was thinking
K(pov)- how could she, mere sources ko phone karke information nikaal rahi hai,uss Manav ka asar kuch zyada hi ho raha hai is Ananya par, ye to hadd hi ho gayi kal hi jaakar baat karta hu usse
With that thought Kabir closed his eyes not allowing his heart to say that " Ananya can't do this ".
NEXT MORNING
Kabir came out of his cabin to call Ananya but he saw Manav hugging her and the scene filled rage in Kabir's heart but when he saw Ananya's eyes his heart melted seeing in depth of her innocent eyes.
K- Ms Kashyap come to my cabin now
When ananya entered in the cabin Kabir directly said to her not giving his heart anytime to say something
K- kis lead pe kaam kar rahi hai aap Ms Kashyap
A- matlab sir?
Ananya asked confusingly
K- matlab ye Ms Kashyap ek talented reporter banne se pehle ek modest reporter baniye, apne kaam ke andar ek dignity laaiye, ye dusro ke sources se information collect karna kya aapko apne partner ne sikhaya hai
Ananya stared at him open mouthed, she didn't believe that kabir thought so cheap about her
Ananya then took a deep breath and said
A- I... I am sorry sir, but main seriously koi information nahi le rahi thi unse, main bas kuch jaan na chahti thi, but it's my fault I agree and I am really sorry
Kabir looked in her eyes again and take deep breath and said in lost voice " Ananya " with such an intensity that made Ananya shivered.
She also looked in his eyes and got lost in them.
They both were lost in each other eyes untill they heard the voice which annoyed both.
They both turn their head at door to see The Manav Gupta there.
M- Kabir sahab kya kar rahe hai aap meri partner ke saath
Hearing this Kabir clenched his jaw while Ananya looked at him annoyingly.
K- Manav bhai aap ye mat bhuliye ki Ms Kashyap aapki partner hone se pehle is channel ki reporter hai aur is channel ka har reporter EIC yani ki mujhe report karta hai
Manav looked at him angrily realising his game had been played on him
M- Ananya chalo mujhe tumse kuch discuss karna hai
Ananya looked at him dejectingly and moved out from Kabir's Cabin but not before looking at Kabir pleadingly to stop her. But kabir was in his own dilemma.
After Sometime
Ananya and Richa were talking with each other in cubicle when Manav came to them
M- Ananya
A- yes sir?
By now Kabir had also came out of his cabin and was seeing the two
M- umm Kya aaj tum mere saath dinner pe chalogi
Ananya and Richa looked at him in shock while Kabir clenched his jaws tightly
K(pov)- that's it now, ye Manav apne aapko samajhta kya hai?
Before Ananya can reply Kabir came there and said to Ananya " Ms Kashyap be ready at 8:00 Hume ek lead follow karne jaana hai" and he want from there without giving anyone anytime to ask him or question him.
Richa was having a surprised look and Manav was looking like a monkey whose banana got snatched by a human.
But Ananya's look was more than happy, she was overwhelmed thinking that Kabir was giving her a chance by working with him to prove that she is trustworthy
KABIR'S CABIN
K(pov)- I know Ananya tum yehi soch rahi ho ki maine tumhe ek chance diya hai apne aap ko trust worthy proof karne ka, ha maine tumhe chance diya hai khud ko prove karne ke liye lekin mujhe nahi balki baaki sabko, kyuki mera trust tumpar se utha hi nahi tha
Then again his heart said
H- fir problem kaun hai
K- hmm problem, definitely Ananya to nahi hai, I am sure it's Manav
H- hmm to fir Ananya kaun hai
K- Ananya...
Now Kabir's mind also started talking
Mi- Ananya Teri junior reporter hai aur kya
H- nahi vo reporter se badhkar hai
K- reporter se badhkar?
Mi- dost
H- nahi yaar dost se badhkar
Mi- bahut acchi dost
H- nahi yaar, bahut acchi dost se zyada
Mi- bahut se bhi zyada acchi dost
H- tu dimaak lagana band kar
Mi- main dimaak hi hu, dimaak nahi lagaunga to aur kya lagaunga
H- shut up
Mi- you shut up
"you both shut up" Kabir shouted and put his both hands on his head, "God I am gonna be mad"
AT EVENING
Kabir and Ananya were in restaurant seating opposite to each other
There was an awkward silence between them which Ananya decided to break
A- sir lead kya hai
K- uh vo actually Ananya koi lead hai hi nahi
Ananya got shocked hearing this " koi lead nahi hai matlab to fir hum yaha kyu aaye hai "
K- Actually Ananya mujhe tumse bahut important baat karni thi
A- ha to kahiye
Kabir took a deep breath and started saying
K- Actually Ananya jab vo mahi fiasco hua tha Tab se main tumhe apni problem samajhta tha lekin do hi din mein mujhe ye realise ho gaya ki tum meri problem nahi ho balki meri...
Ananya who was till now looking at him in surprise raised her brows eager to know what she means to Kabir coz she is definitely sure that he means the world to her.
Kabir was not sure for now so he just said
K- Ananya tum mujhe meri chahat lagti ho
Ananya smiled a full blown smile
Kabir relaxed seeing her smiling realising she also feels for him
K- vo chahat jise main paana chahta hu lekin uske liye mujhe thoda wakt chahiye (Kabir forwarded his hands towards her) to kaho do gi mera saath
Ananya blushed , she has happy tears in her eyes, she shyly give her hands to him who smiled a full blown smile seeing his innocent beauty
He raised their hands to his lips and kissed her raising her heartbeats
His heart and mind together said "Congratulations".
