Sorry if I sound defensive guys but I am not!! You know its kinda frustrating to read that people have already made Kabir the culprit even without listening to his side of the story. In the eyes of many he should be hanged even before given a chance to defend himself!! And its not that I don't understand Ananya's standpoint here. I totally empathize with her. Rather I feel If I were her, I would have thrown the ring in Kabir's face and asked him to not meet me ever in life. But does that mean we got the right to announce Kabir as the culprit here? Without even knowing his truth? Sounds too far-fetched...
There are still many possibilities left in this case:
1) May be Mr. Kashyap himself asked Kabir to not tell his family as he did not want to endanger his kids/wife but still Kabir went ahead with the case and it was only when Monu/Anurag were endangered that he realized why Mr. Kashyap was not letting him pursue the truth. And the culprits were so powerful, even the law did not help Kabir. I dont want to name it but we recently saw the same in the case of a well-known BW actor who has this hit and trial case running against him. With a power of that sort you can manipulate any witness and if not manipulate, you can always destroy them. May be here too Kabir was forced to abandon the case and carry on with his life with a forever burden on his heart.
2) May be he tried contacting Anita that time to tell all the truth but he was threatened that if he would do so Sudhir's children will be harmed.
3) May be he is still pursuing the case (As evident from his conversations with Laxman/Khurana in past) and he wanted to tell Ananya only after reaching the culprits as he knew she will take the case in her hands.
4) He was also going through an emotional turmoil/upheaval on personal front those days and we still dont have any idea about Shreya's involvement here. She definitely knows something that even Kabir does not know.
And still we think he cannot be forgiven 🤔
We all know that Kabir would have never worried for himself even if it meant dying in the line of duty. He would have pursued the truth specially for a man as dignified as Sudhir. For a man who put his trust in him! But isnt it real to become scared for your loved ones and be tied for their sake? Isnt it normal to sometimes abondon the path of idealism for someone's safety rather the safety of so many families - Both his and the Kashyaps as well as Tarini-Anurag. And specially in a country like ours where the ones who are appointed to do justice are actually nothing but slaves of the criminals themselves.
Yes he hid the truth from Ananya but was it only because he loved her and did not want to lose her or did not want her to put him behind bars while he had a flourishing career at KKN? I dont think so...
When he told the truth to her he hadnt even realized his love. It was an easy way to redeem himself by confessing the truth. But he didnt do it. Must be for a reason right?
And if people still feel that Kabir Sharma was so spineless that he actually witnessed the murder and hid it from the lawsuit only because he didn't want to die (so what if he is always ready to die just for a piece of news) and then even hid it from Ananya too because he was scared to go to jail or he was so attracted to her he didnt want her to go away, then I dont think theres any use of even listening to his truth!! We already disowned the man Kabir Sharma is.
Let me give a scenario...Lets say we have a juvenile doctor who killed his patient because of a medeical negligence...and then I put it like this...We had a MBBS fresher, with no practical experience of doing a surgery, he attempted to operate on a critical patient because no doctors were available and patient had very less time...he tried to give his best shot but the operation was not successful. Both situations are same...isnt it? In both cases a person died due to medical negligence. Then why do we feel sorry for the doctor in case 2?
I hope you understand what I am trying to say...
I am not saying judging Kabir or his actions is wrong but atleast give the guy a chance to put forth his side of the story. Then we all can decide if KaYa are worth it or not and who all want to continue to spend their emotions on Kabir (who acc. to many doesnt deserve Ananya now) from now on. But until then let us atleast keep the faith in the Kabir we knew till yesterday...the same Kabir who was the only journo who wrote in Sudhir's favor w/o worrying about his life...the same Kabir who was always ready to confess his past to Ananya irrespective of the fact that she accepted him or not and the same Kabir who was happily ready to embrace death with Ananya!
