In Kabir Ananya's relationship its all gonna about Kabir keeping up his promises & making sure of himself to not repeat his past mistakes...& for Ananya it wud be keeping his trust & faith intact in Kabir irrespective of how adverse situations turn out to be.
Comparatively b/w Kabir Ananya, no doubts they share equal responsibility to take the relation forward & make it a successful one...but more than Ananya now everything is upto Kabir, to prove himself worthy as a partner for Ananya...he is weighed down by everyone's expectations & no matter what the consequences & circumstances come up in future...he has no other option but to live upto every expectation...coming this far, he cannot back off or just runaway from responsibilities...
He has a long list of expectations to be fulfilled...
--Expectations of a girl who trusts him with her life, her feelings her emotions...& accepted him with open arms inspite of his flaws & mistakes...& sees a positive & bright future ahead with him...On lighter side, he will have to fulfill his girlfriends "aur wali demands" too..ππ
--An expectation & trust & belief of a brother that he will, & can be a trust worthy right partner for his sister.
--If genuinely Mrs. Kashyap accepted the relation whole heartedly, in dat case, Kabir will have to live up to expectations of a mother to keep his daughter happy in any & every situation.
--If I include Ananya's friends expectations in list too...in dat case they two are expecting a happy life ahead for the love couple.
--Though not literally required but still he has to prove Shreya's expectations wrong...that he is commitment phobic, he is not a trust worthy as a partner...& relationships are not meant for him...Kabir Sharma cannot make a relationship successful.
--Above all, Kabir will have to fulfill his expectation from his own self... That he will never be as weak as he had been past, he will put in every effort to keep his partner happy...& will not let his own fears, his own complexes, weakness effect & crumble the relationship he shares with Ananya...Most importantly he will not repeat his past mistakes...He will remain emotionally & mentally a strong person.
What he summed up in his jaane se pehle holds specifically for him, "insaan ki sahi pehchan uske vaadon mein chipi sachai, aur samarpan ke wazan mein hoti hai" it will all depend on how honest & truthful faithful he remains in his promises
Admist all these expectations love birds deserves congratulations on upcoming engagement fingers & toes crossed hope it happens without any hiccups & drama...coz I'm sure kind of show Reporters is, bringing in engagement angle may not be happening without any reason...there wud be a more "big reason" behind than just showing a romantic or mushy sequence of just formalizing relationship of KabirAnanya engagement will go much more beyond that...
So, I am prepared for the worst...& my special good luck Kabir, coz somewhere deep down, sudden change in Mrs. Kashyap is not going down too well with me, lady is upto something to add on Shreya is a lurking danger in herself...So, I am not expecting engagement to be just a simple affair of exchanging rings of couple in love.

Mrs. Kashyap, she confuses me as a whole, till morning she was hell bent on keeping her daughter away from untrusting person like Kabir & almost forcing her to choose b/w her & Kabir but by night she gives persmission for engagement ...infact to be precise practically orders Kabir to get engaged...that was literally unexpected, though was aware of it through precap...but it still came as a surprise decision considering how sympathetic she was towards Shreya & she is also holding the view that Shreya still loves Kabir with whole heart...For once I had thought she will blast off Kabir & will ask him to stay away from her daughter instead of giving him go ahead for engagement, as I guessed deep down Mrs Kashyap was expecting a NO from Kabir...
If I see a flip side to it, wonder if just Kabir agreeing to engagement is a assurance enough for a mother, he can always break off an engagement ππ...may be deep down still Mrs. Kashyap has not completely fallen for Shreya's words she just wants to cross check her accusations...
On the whole she is one hell of a confused woman, because the version of Kabir's past she has heard, I don't think she will have an instant change of mind, just because her teenage son explains & comes in support of his jiju...when she didn't gave in to tears of her daughter who is in love with kabir, & ready to break off just because her mother wanted, I really doubt if Mrs. Kashyap's hidden intention...
But still, a big thank you for Armaan for being so matured than his age...& made an effort to make his mother see things in different perspective too & made her see things beyond just past actions of Kabir...must say boy, is as smart like his jiju...& glad to see he presented the good side of Kabir to her mother...if he is being bad, he does have a good side...cause of one mistake in past, his good deeds cannot be completely ignored...
Mr. Sharma do say thank you to this boy...ππhe really deserves it for campaigning in your favour & supported your love for Ananya when it was most required...

The cabin *sigh* it was a fangirl delight to watch...to me personally it was more romantic than any kiss or hug or hero saying any romantic mushy clichd dialogue...what Kabir said more than romantic... "Tum toh mera peeche chodne se rahi, aur main tumhare begare jeene se rahe, sochenge kuch...kase na kaise mana lenge Mrs. Kashyap ko bhi...Jab kismet hume itna door le aayi, toh aage bhi koi na koi raasta hoga hi"
Fangirl in me bows down to boyfriend's sakaratmak soch...lucky Ananya whole day she had been tensed, but Kabir calmed her down...& lifted her spirits...Guess Kabir took his jaane se pehle days back too literally "rishte mein ek asurakshit mehsoos kare, toh usse surakshit mehsoos karane ka daitiv dusre par hota hai"ππ
Glad Kabir cud make his girlfriend smile..."tension mat lena...mujhe tension ho jati hai" & as a boyfriend he gets that one extra brownie point once again... & Kabir was literally too much, "toh chalo ab dedo" wonder why girl was so surprised pata nahi kya soch rahi thi...π & when he asked "deewarien apni aankhein band kar lo" fangirl in me started getting naughty ideas, ππ wondering what he was upto ...
On a serious note, Kabir lightening up seriousness of situation was indeed a refreshingly delight to watch...I had expected he wud really go back in depressed mode once again...but after showing all the romantic side..glad editor in chief in him was still active...πππ& he planned about the "dhaba incident" excited to see Rajasthai chokro...π³π³π³
It was also good to see Kabir being understanding from Mrs. Kashyap point of view too...& made Ananya look her mother's opinion & asking her to give space as a mother & let a mother think about the relation...felt bad for poor boy...he misses having a mother's presence in his life...

Manav bhai, I really don't know whether to bow down to your perfect acting, as to how smartly you change colours & take advantage of situation...or should feel sorry for Malvika darling to be plainly stupid for not being able to see beyond your actual words...but seriously it was mean of Manav bhai, for taking Malvika for a ride, just because your air hostess girlfriend is not available you play with emotions of poor girl...my sympathies with Malvika...

Thank you for being an indirect KaYa shipper, Shreya literally pushed Mrs. Kashyap to an edge where as a mother she is forced to check commitment level of Kabir towards her daughter...to ensure how far accusation of Shreya of Kabir being "commitment phobic" is true... & I guess if Shreya wud have gonna a little more against Kabir, Mrs. Kashyap may have directly ordered Kabir to get married...
Jokes apart, I think if Mrs. Kashyap has no hidden intention behind the whole engagement & she wholeheartedly accepted Kabir Ananya relation, then I guess practically Shreya's plan has backfired...because after spitting so much venom she wudn't have expected in wildest of dreams that a mother will give a consent to the relation...infact, Shreya's act turned out to be blessing in disguise for Kabir, now he will directly get engaged to Ananya & they will officially become a couple...
Now, Shreya will have to think of something else...she will need to come up with a different strategy.πππ
& yes, by the congratulations to her as according to precap she is getting a new friend, all these years she was leading a lonely life & lady missed having friends in her life na!! πππ now she is getting double bonanza, Ananya & Kabir...Waiting to see her reaction & answer of Kabir's friendship request...will she accept or ignore it... πππ
Personally more than engagement I am excited for Kabir-Shreya face off...hoping for Shreya to get a dose of "ghaag Kabir"..π³ππππ .& I wont be surprised to know if Kabir's "chotta sa kaam" with Shreya is thanking her for being a perfect cupid in their engagement ...for sure, he gonna invite her for the engagement.
