He would not have been surprised if it was directly related to Shreya.. Shreya played with the words and made it sound like it is an entity related to 'their past' but I think it is only related to 'his past'. If this is the case then it accounts for those words that KS uttered in the precap because Shreya cleverly manipulated the situation to her advantage.

But srsly hats off to cvs...i think no one on forum/twitter anywhere ever noticed it so intently to make a post or mention it. And i just wonder in case he carried it bcoz he is stll bound by his bitterness for Shreya even after accepting Ananyas love then its very strange.
