A second consecutive Kabir-less episode.. But what a beauty of an episode it was.. The fine emotions portrayed throughout and the fiery Ananya, made it as an absolute delight to watch.
Ronnie's proposal was just too beautiful, no wonder Ananya couldn't reject him outrightly. He was just so immersed in the beauty of the moment, and so did we.
How can Ananya think of Kabir & their moments after such a heart melting proposal, she could and did because it was Kabir who firesup her heart and occupies her thoughts. Do we need anymore proof of her feelings? I don't ;).
I liked the decisive way Ananya handled her mother. Life isn't simple, neither relationship. The more we try to simplify them, the more complex they become.. But this is not the end of this talk between mother & daughter, her mother won't be able to leave it as it is.
Richa, she is really a Ms, Know-it-all, I can understand Ananya's mom being enthusiastic about Ronnie's proposal, but Richa, who knows about Ananya's feelings & confusions? Maybe Kabir is not the right choice for Ananya, maybe Ananya is better off with Ronnie, but can Ananya just wipe off her feelings and jump into a relationship with Ronnie? First & foremost, is it fair for Ronnie to be used as rebound? Doesn't Ananya need time to explore, undertand and then probably get over her feelings for Kabir, how can she move on without fully coming into terms with it first? You can't be practical without fully understanding your emotions. Ananya walking out on Richa, good move, but does it end here? Can Richa leave it like this? Certainly not ;)
Manav Bhai, don't you have better idea to take over KKN? Now we know why KKN was sinking before Kabir joined ;). Too much of office politics and no focus on how to take the channel forward.. I would have had some respect for Manav if he also thought of a channel promotion startegy along with these many strategies to undermine Kabir among the workforce ;). Ronnie coming to his side would change the perceptions of Khalid and Malvika? Oh really? ;). But Manav did cause some damage, seeds of worry planted on Ronnie's mind. I always liked Ronnie's restraint, he has a level headed approach to office politics, he knows how to remain neural without offending anyone's egos, he maintained his neutrality, albeit with lot of difficulty I am sure.
Seeing the rose and card, Ananya realising that she can't let Ronnie continue having hopes. good decision lady..
Rohan instigating Ananya-Malvika showdown. Did he do it purposefully? Following another of Manav's plans? Whatever it maybe, he did good. What I like most about the show, they don't drag things out, they didn't drag Ronnie's proposal, neither Ananya sharing it with her mom, nor Ananya giving her answer to Ronnie. The same direct approach is handled here too, Ananya marching into Malvika's cabin, questioning her behabiour, but remains throughly professional. It was funny to see the more experienced Malvika making it personal (assuming she can rattle up Ananya by turning it personal), but Ananya remaining cool under the onslaught, never raise to the bait, leading to Malvika questioning the nature of her relationship with Kabir, (you just proved what a cheapo you are, woman). I uttered the words 'it is none of your business' while watching TV and Ananya made me proud by going one step ahead of me by pointing out why she is there, and her contribution to KKN's success. Way to go, Girlie ;). But a small discomfort I feel, with the spoilers about Ananya committing a faux pas, will her this bragging about her professional achievement come back to haunt her? But whatever may happen in future, this is one hell of a showdown which Ananya won hands down :).

I am confused whether this scene was the scene of the day, or the last scene between Ananya - Ronnie.. The hopeful Ronnie with his twinkling eyes, and the subdued Ananya, who inspite of all her internal turmoil wanting to be just with her best friend. A beautifully conceived and brilliantly enacted scene. Ananya was so sweet when she took Ronnie's hands in her hand and talking about not wanting to change the things between them, she had been truthful and also very gentle in letting him down. But she has no words to say when confronted about her feelings for Kabir,. Teary eyed Ronnie, it was heartwrenching to see him, and we can see the seeds planted by Manav are growing with his last comment about Kabir breaking her heart...
Is it the end of Ronnie - Ananya story? Will things ever become normal between them? Can we see them back as the best friends they are? Time will give the answers.
I understand that in every work environment, the gossips about big boss are the juiciest ones, added to that, here we have the charismatic, suave Kabir Sharma with a mysterious past as the big boss. But what the heck he did to deserve to such massive negative impression about his personal life? Aren't these folks need to be thankful to him for bringing up the channel from such dire state?
The precap was one hell of a scene. What made Ananya finally lose it? Seeing Tarini in office? Just that? we need to wait and watch, but I am sure, never in million years, she wanted Kabir to hear those hurtful words. She just wanted to vent out, but alas... Kabir looked thunderous.
Will Kabir understand why she said what she said? I think he will, after some careful contemplation. But nevertheless, he is going to push her away, thinking it is for her own good. Will he pretend to be close to Malvika to achieve this? He might, though it will only be a pretence and even Malvika will be aware of it. Will Kabir's indifference push Ananaya into Ronnie's waiting arms? I think not, but I think Ananaya will be either pushed to resign or to confront Kabir or both. And the confrontation is most probably early next week, perhaps at Kabir's house.
