For one minute things were normal. Well, as normal as it can be when u are in the company of a group of rowdy naxalites and in some remote interior of an unknown territory! One moment they were talking smoothly. The next moment she panicked. He could sense it...her lapse of judgement, her fraction-of-a-second of blindness to the situation, her frantic despair...And she broke free...from his clutches...he wanted..tried to stop her...But it was too late...She ran...ran without giving a damn to the consequences! He screamed...the only rational thing that his mind and body could produce! He had to save his protege...He had seen Madhav take out the gun...His desperate pleas fell on deaf ears as Madhav shot at her. And for a moment his world stopped!

It takes a great deal to produce such subtle brilliance in such a short scene and Rajeev Khandelwal proved for the umpteenth time why he is called the 'king' of small screen!!!
The man acts with an air of being born with the talent! Every nuance, every minuscule of expression was produced to perfection by him!!! What a talent...what an actor...what a star!!! 👏
He lay unmoving, his mind reeling with all sorts of possibilities...Ananya was nowhere to be seen. The door opened and in she came, supported by 2 of the goons, his junior reporter had been knocked out of consciousness. Reason enough for him to turn grim.
The moment the guards left, he dragged himself to her side...He had to know she was ok...He had to ensure that she regained consciousness...He wanted to scream...call out to her...hold her tight...reassure her...But alas! He was tied and incapable...All he could do was take himself as close to her as rationally possible and awaken her to his presence.

The sheer brilliance of that scene...the mastery of RK...the way he revived her...it was touching, heart-warming and yet bemusingly seductive!!! How can someone be so damn HOT in such a heart-touching scene!!! Trust RK to penetrate our hearts and leave a lingering effect all the way deep down!!!!👏👏👏
She was awake and he was giddy with relief!!! For a moment even the great Kabir Sharma was sick with worry! He did not rebuke her...he knew how much the locket mattered to her...yet he did point out just how reckless her act was! She looked visibly disturbed. He knew what was causing the havoc in her mind. But he also knew not to reveal the facts just yet. He had to know what was troubling her from her mouth! She recounted her father's fate and he heard feigning ignorance, all the while retrospecting the truth! He had to divert her mind...she had to strong if they wanted to come out of this alive!
"Kya aapko kisi ne btaya ki aap kitni khubsoorat hain? Aur aapki aankhein kitni zyada khubsoorat hain?"
He saw her freeze for a moment.
"Bas yeh chashmein aap pe bilkul achhe nhi lagte."
That sealed the deal. Ananya Kashyap's focus had been diverted. He could sense her fidgeting...he could feel her go stiff! He knew the effect he had on the girl...And he knew how to use that to his advantage. No, he wasn't being a jerk...deep down, he couldn't deny that compliment was genuine...She was beautiful...And he knew just how much!
