KKN News at 9 begins...Bhavna Shroff is in the studio requesting viewers to approach the police if they see, her or get to know anything about Apoorva Shroff. She also goes on to say that she had filed an FIR against Omi the party president as she felt he was responsible for Apporva Shroff [Referred to as AS henceforth] going missing. Kabir takes a break with the news. Ananya is coaxing Richa to support the news as PCR but Richa is not willing to.
Kabir asks for Richa, who still is not willing to participate. Kabir is upset and critical. Break over and they return to Bhavna Shroff...Kabir wants to know how and where Bhavna met AS. She said she met him at her first painting exhibition in New York. While Bhavna is talking Ananya takes command as the PCR and informs Kabir on the private line that they have analysed the footage that was covered some days back at her house and the voice they heard was not of AS but someone else.
Kabir is visibly happy [wonder at Ananya taking charge or at the piece of information.😉] Kabir assures Bhavna that all will be well soon and they would trace out AS. Meanwhile Ananya and Ronnie share an old footage of Bhavna and AS with Kabir which he runs live on the show. The audio clipping has someone talking to Bhavna stating that he is leaving the Rally and returning home. She addresses the person also as Apporva. The footage ends and the show goes on. Bhavna is tensed and unsettled. Ananya prompts Kabir that they have another footage of AS which could be aired too. Kabir gestures NO and goes on to talk to Bhavna. He asks her whether this was the last conversation she had with Apoorva to which she concurs. Kabir then announces in the show that they have another footage though which he wanted viewers to watch AS given that they have already heard his voice. They go on to show the footage where AS was in the KKN studios talking about his plans with the election.
The footage also had his friend and funder manager Gurunath. Meanwhile Kabir gets a call from the inspector.
Ananya and Ronnie are happy. It was smart of Kabir Sir to draw viewers' attention to AS's voice chirps Ananya.
Kabir leads the attention of viewers to the difference in voices. Bhavna is cornered. Kabir accuses her of being very close to Gurunath and even accuses her of murder of her husband AS love on media. Ananya is worried, she continues to talk to Kabir on the private line, tells him there is no proof. Kabir know it all Sharma just smiles.
Khalid wonders whether Kabir has any proof. Manav sniggers. He tells Khalid the channel will be in trouble if Kabir has no proof.
Ronnie gets a call, Inspector Agnihotri wanted to speak to Kabir. Ronnie connects the call live to the show. Inspector comes on line and states that the police was at Bhavna Shroff's studio where they found the body of AS. Bhavna breaks down.
Kabir and Ananya share an eye lock. Both pleased and appreciative.
Richa comes over to Kabir and apologizes. She tells the truth that the story was all Anany's. Kabir claims he was aware. Richa tells Kabir that she would never step on her friend Ananya's toes and steal her thunder.
Richa leaves. Kabir walks out to find Ananya packing up for the day. She senses his walking up to her and leaves. Kabir stands watching her walk out...mouths and Thank You.

Malavika is at Khalid office all riled up. She flares up when Khalid says they must celebrate. Khalid calms her down and says she must work to show off her position in the office and treat the others as her workers. He asks her to go ahead and plan for a party and also distribute gifts to the workers.
Maliki announces the party looks around and finds Kabir missing. On asking she gets to know that Kabir had already left for the day and she is upset again.

Richa calls up Ananya and informs her of the party. Ananya says she was not interested and was talking the day off. Richa insists that she come over but Ananya sticks to her stand.
Ananya's mom also tries to reason with her but she does not change her stand. [I guess later she will]. 😳
Kabir is seen talking to the little boy from the Orphanage on the wheel chair. The boy is smart asks Kabir what was troubling him. First he denies and then admits that he had wronged. The kid advices him to say sorry. Kabir seems to accept the piece of advice and decides to say sorry.
Epilogue: Kabir to viewers "When you are grateful to someone, and say Thank You... it ain't just that instance or an incident of gratitude...but it also means that you accept the person with all his flaws and weakness"
Great thoughts and an indication of things to come...
Precap : Ananya is drunk in the party and is blabbering. Kabir is there and is shocked. So are the other colleagues from the office.
Oh Oh...Ananya is in for major trouble. 😃
