The episode starts with Ananya gorging on food and recounting to everyone sadly how she lost her job because of her impulsive nature and foolishness. Her colleagues sympathize with her. Ronnie asks if it is confirmed and flashback shows how before Ananya could retrieve the letter from Kabir's office, he had already sent the signed letter to her. She berates herself. Manav tries to instigate Ananya against Kabir but the latter firmly replies that it was her fault entirely because of which she lost her job and her boss was just doing his duty.
At home, her brother congratulates her as the Nidhi Rane clipping is being shown continuously. She tells him how it Is of no use now and shows the resignation letter. She also feels sorry that she doubted Kabir's intentions and talks to her dad's photo regarding the same. Her brother and mom console her saying that it was Kabir's fault as he shouldn't have signed the letter just because she sent one as she deserved to stay.She decides to message a 'Sorry' to Kabir. Ronnie comes down to meet and they sit By a tea stall and chat over the happenings. Some hoodlums come and tease Ananya however she gives them a nice reply by pouring hot tea over his 'you know where' :P and warns them not to mess around with women👏.
Ronnie tells her that she should try asking Kabir for her job back. Meanwhile, Kabir is at a place with children who seem to know him really well. A different side to him is shown where he is seen playing and joking along with the kids. One of the kids ask him where the woman accompanying him is and why she doesn't come and he replies with pain evident that she has left and he misses her. Just as he is about to leave, he sees Ananya's message but is distracted when a car comes and crashes into a person and leaves. The man is bleeding and Kabir arranges for an ambulance.
Next morning, Kabir and his staff discuss about the previous night's incident and he tells them that they have to highlight and sensationalize this. Ananya comes and talks to Ronnie. Suddenly she sees a video playing which shows her throwing the tea at the two ruffians which had happened the night before. She is surprised and comes to know that it was Ronnie who had taped it and Kabir had seen Ronnie playing the video to his colleagues,had become impressed and asked it to be screened the entire day. However Ananya's face isn't shown in the video. When Kabir passes by, he remarks that Ananya seems to be very hot headed and leaves. She is bemused. Later when Ronnie goes, Kabir reveals that he knew the woman in the video to be Ananya as he had recognized her bracelet.
Nidhi Rane and her mom come to thank Ananya for what she did. Nidhi has gotten bail.They have come to meet Khalid who comes there and taunts Ananya regarding her resignation. They leave and Ananya fumes. Outside, she mulls over his words and realizes that Kabir knows it was her. She is stunned that he has even recognized her bracelet. An HR member comes and asks whether she is resigning or not since there seemed to be some confusion and tells her that Kabir has ordered him to wait for her answer. Ananya feels happy that Kabir might want her to stay back.
Kabir tells us viewers that habits sometime become our weakness and the only way to change this is by continuing to challenge ourselves whenever possible.
