i was in the actors index and saw ashi,tia,ranveerall ranked in the top 20 actors of indian t.v .i think the ratings go as per the no. of reviews written on that particular actor and then the subsequent rating.but the main thing is this ki there wer very few reviews an raj a.k.a yuvi and therefore he was not in the top bracket.i know this is not of much consequence ,but still raj deserves to be on top 20 list of india forums as he has a huge fan following here so what are u waiting for ,go and vote and write a review for ur fav telly star and bring him to the place which he thoroughly deserves.i have done mine.
