GUYZ,CHILL!!!!let me tell u one thing if this person who wrote the blog waz looking thru this post he wud b happy bcoz most of u hav gotten all worked up n i'm sure that's wot he/she wanted
don't kill me 4 this but most of the things said in the review r true 😆 as i said, don't start calling me names but read the whole thing first 😉
yes, remix is abt over-pampered,dissipated kids on the whole(with probably the exceptions of anveer n vrinda)n yes,it does project their lives thru rose-tinted glasses as only parties n romances n performances r highlighted.
where r the problems which students face in the light of extreme competition in studies, bad marks etc. etc. which even the most fun-loving student faces?where r the real issues of insecurity, stress, bullying, peer pressure shown?
some teachers like mitrs r way 2 exaggerated--even the principal 2 sum extent 😉 😉 n yes,the lang. used by them is unique.

but let me say that i don't consider ne of these factors negative at all! 😆 this is a show abt priviledged students in an elite school n their concerns on the whole r bound 2 b diff. from the common student's. yes, they do act over-mature at times but if we hav a tia-ranveer pair which seems unrealistic,we also hav things 2 balance it out-- a couple who cannot cum 2 terms with their feelings(ashi n yuvi),we hav an over-weight girl suffering from low prestige(pri),a relationship which is cute n innocent(sid-meher).so we hav variety 😊
apart from that, this is mainly an escapist show or fantasy.we cannot really expect very serious, real probs. 2 b dealt with here! 😉 it is a feel-good show yes but even within that framework the show is in its own way trying 2 show us diff. students with diff. perspectives in life.at least it does not stagnate or bring up things like a 20 yr gap n does not show women in a negative light!!i also think the protrayal of ashi is nething but stereptypical--it in fact is the opp.
so we shud not really start blaming the writer, but try 2 realize that this show does hav limitations but doesn't mean we luv it ne less--after all it fulfills the pupose of enetertainment!! 😊 😛 😃

i agree with you neelakshi..remix is a story about kids and these problems are very steryotypical (spelt that wrong?) but please guys dont hate me or call me names..but some of the things in the blog are true. but that doesn't mean that it should have an influence over us and parents..for eg..my parents don't just vaguely know that i like a show called remix.

but also it was kinda outrageous of this guy to just blame remix like this..it mainly appeals to the young viewers only because it has stereotypical probs and is a bunch of kids in a schoool..well thats what tv is al about..if a show doesnt apppeal to the viewers it is a flop..remix cast and the script-writers have done an EXCELLENT job with it which makes it so apealing and so many ppl wanna watch it..

i have watched episdoes of rebelde too and its more or less the same just that its portrayed differently becasue of adavnced techniques..but to cheer up remix fans..remix will always keep rocking because mainly because most ppl watching remix are teenagers and early-twentiers and this show actually brings out their own problems and relationship issues etc which they cannot share with anyone and through this serial they get a mental comfort that someone else is having these probs too and they can work out the solution.

PS: guys please dont be mad at me i loooooove remix <3<3<3<3
