Chapter one:
"Hey bhaggu," said Anvesha Banerjee Rey. Quickly running her hands through her still messy hair, she sighed loudly. "Matte, aapko ek dress select karne mein itna time kyun lagta hai?" she asked, getting frustrated at her best Friend Vrinda, who was busy with her shopping.
Soon after their 11th year in Maurya, Vrinda has permanently moved base to Mumbai, thanks to the fact that her college was also here. Aashi and Vrinda continued to be best friends. However, currently, the case was different.
"Ashi tum mein bilkul bhi patience nahin hai," said Vrinda, holding up a peice of cloth for further inspection.
"Nahin, kyunki mein doctor nahin hoon. Please Vrinda, yeh sab shopping ke liye tum mujhe hamesha kyun le aati ho?" asked Aashi, frowning as Vrinda pulled on the cloth. "Kya kar rahi ho?"
"Check kar rahi hoon ke cloth barabar hai," replied Vrinda.
"Aise karogi, toh koi bhi kapda fat jayega. Seriously, Tum Tia ke saath reh reh ke usi ki tarha ho gayi ho," shouted Aashi.
"Atleast mein ek ladki ki tarah to behave karti hoon," said Vrinda back.
"Please, yeh sab logic apne paas rakho," said Aashi.
"Seriously Aashi, mein tumhe kab se tolerate kar rahi hoon. Us din Tia bhi keh rahi thi ke Aashi kabhi ladkiyon ki tarah behave nahin kar sakti," said Vrinda.
"Tia ko kya pata, dimbo. Aur waise bhi, Anvesha Banerjee Re kuch bhi kar sakti hai," said Aashi. "Tum jaa ke apni Tia madam se keh do, Aashi usse do maheeno mein milegi, aur wo mujhe dekti reh jayegi," she finished. "Its a bet".
@@@@@@@@
"What do you mean? Us Tacky Anvesh ne Tia ko challenge kiya?" asked Tia, angry. "Woh kya samajhti hai apne aapko?"
"Aisi bat nahin hai Tia. Maine usse bataya ke tumne us din kya kaha. And she decided, ke usse yeh bet jeetni hai," said Vrinda, trying to calm Tia down.
"Well, Tia ko lagta hai ke Anvesh yeh bet kabhi jeet nahin payegi. Never".
@@@@@@@@
"Hey bhaggu, maine bet ke liye ha toh kar diya, but ab main yeh bet jeetongi kaise?" said Aashi into her empty room. Her voice echoed around, as she continued to walk through the room.
"Koi baat nahin, main MP se chat par pooch leti hoon," she said. Moving towards the computer, she tied her red hair in a messy knot.
Half hour later, Anvesha was beyond confused. "Tumhara matlab hai that main aapne bal bhi tie nahin kar sakti?" she typed fast. Drimming her fingers on the keyboard, she hummed a song.
"Kar sakti ho, but not the way you do," came MP's quick reply. "And there are many more rules attached," she continued.
"MP, mujhe nahin pata main yeh bet kaise jeetongi," typed Ashi, after another hour of chatting.
Soon a reply came on the screen "Me too".
"So, Mp, mujhe bata, what do I do first?" typed Aashi, panicking as she realised that the bet really was a foolish mistake.
She waited for her friend at the other end of the world to reply. But deep down she knew there was really a hopeless case. "MP, will you know how to help me?" she typed.
As she pressed enter on the keyboard, MP's reply flashed on screen, "Aashi, mujhe toh aisi situation ko kaise handle karna hai nahin pata".
"Right, well thanks for trying. Ab mujhe jaana hai. Pata nahin Vrinda kahan chali gayee, I have to go find her. Bye".
@@@@@@@@@@
"Vrinda, yeh kya kar rahi ho?" asked Aashi as she saw Vrinda putting something on her face. The gooey white paste looked really awful, but from the expression on Vrinda's face, she was enjoying it.
"Yeh ek naya face pack hai, for p***les," said Vrinda. "Tia ne diya hai," she added, waiting for Aashi to respond.
"Kya?" asked Aashi as she saw Vrinda staring at her. "Don't stare okay. Main yeh apne face par nahin lagaongi, never," she said.
"Suit yourself," replied Vrinda and continued.
"Ugh!!!" said AAshi, and left the room in a huff.

Chapter two
She was sitting in the canteen munching on a burger, when she felt a tap on her shoulder. Turning, her face fell slightly as she saw who was standing behind her.
"Mumma. Hi!"
"Mamum, kya hua? Tumhara chehra itna utra hua kyun hai?" asked Sonia as she sat down next to her daughter.
"Nothing," she said.
"Main tumhari mom hoon, in case you forgot, kuch to hua hai. Come on, tell me," said Sonia.
"Kuch nahin hai mom. Forget it," said Aashi.
"Fine. But remember if you need me, I'm right here," she said. Sonia went back to blowing on her nails and puffing her hair.
Aashi stared at her mother and suddenly an idea struck her, "Mumma, actually mujhe aapse kuch poochna tha," she said.
"ha ha, bolo"
"Mumma, ek girl bane ke liya kya karna padta hai?"
Sonia was shocked, as she turned to her only daughter. "Ladki?" she asked. Raising her hand to check her daughter's temperature she asked concerned, "Aashi, tumhe bukhaar toh nahin hai na? Are you feeling alright baby?" she asked.
"Mumma, mujhe kuch nahin hua, alright? Aur waise, maine toh aise him poocha. Dimbo ki tarah mujhe self obsessed nahin banna," replied Aashi, shaking her head.
"Are you sure? Toh phir yeh question kyun?" asked Sonia.
"Bad, mujhe sirf pata lagana tha ke subah utke mirror ke samne two hours wait karne mein kya maja aata hai," replied Aashi.
"Well yeh sab karne maja bahut aata hai. Aur waise bhi, a mirror is a girls best friend," said Sonia dramatically.
"Mumma, uff. Chodo. Aap yahan waise kya kar rahi hain?"
"Main, actually Tia ne mujhe kuch accessories pick up karne ke liye kaha that," replied Sonia. "Usse meri choice bahut pasand hai".
"mumma, aap meri mother ho ya uski," asked Aashi, a tad upset.
"Hoon to main tumhari mom, liken Tia meri friend hai na mamum, you know that right?"
Aashi sighed loudly, "Yes. Well then off you go, bye mumma bye," waved out Aashi, pushing her mother out of the canteen.
Finishing her burge, Aashi moved towards Gloria's table. "Shayad Gloria meri madat kar payegi". As she reached Gloria's table, she burst into giggles as she saw Gloria busy applying lipstick.
"Gloria, yeh tum kya karti rehti ho? Kya yeh zarori hai ke tum har five minuites mein apni lipstich retouch karo?"
"Aashi, mera majak mat udao," said Gloria, putting her lipstick in her bag, and turning to Aashi. "Aur waise tum yahan kya kar rahi ho? Tumhein toh busy hona chahiye," said Gloria turning to her computer.
"Gloria, main tumse kuch poncho?"
"Ha, bolo," said Gloria, a little fed up.
"Tumhe saree pahena aata hai na?" asked Aashi.
"Ha, ofcourse. Lekin tum kyun pooch rahi ho?"
"Tum mujhe sikhaogi?"
Gloria turned her shocked eyes to Aashi. Staring intently at her set face, Gloria burst out laughing. "Tum saree pehenogi?"
"Ha ha ha, bahut funny joke than a. Please Gloria, kyat um mujhe sikhaogi?"
"Ummmm"
"Lekin tumko Saree pahena kyun sikhna hai? Aisi kya aafat aa padi?" asked Gloria. Inclining her head conspiratively, she asked, "Koi fancy dress competition hai kya?" said Gloria, laughing.
"Ha ha ha," said Aashi sacractically, clutching her stomach, "Gloria ne joke mara".
Controlling her gigles, Gloria asked "Acha, kaho, main hasoongi nahin. Saree pahenna tumhe kyun seekhna hai?"
Aashi looked away, thinking hard. "Umm.... Mujhe mumma ke saath ek film ke premier par jaana hai," she said fast. "Aur wahan saree pahenna zaroori hai. Aur tum toh janti ho ke mumma bahut busy hai, to thats why main tumhare paas ayi. Kya tum meri help karogi?"
@@@@@@@@@@
"Magar Aashi saree kyun?" asked Vrinda as she folded another dress Aashi had thrown out of her cupboard. "Main tumse keh rahi hoon na, bottom shelf par rakhi hain, meri mom ki saree. Mere poora cupboard kyun mess up kar rahi ho," shouted Vrinda.
After returning from her meeting with Gloria, AAshi had immediately asked Vrinda for a saree. "Aashi, saree kyun?" asked Vrinda.
Aashi stopped what she was doing and turned to Vrinda. "Matte, kya aapko lagta hai main bilkul Tia ke tarah lagna chahti hoon?" she said, and marched towards her friend. "Woh ladki ke kapde ek child ko bhi fit nahin aayenge. Aur woh length, cross uncross kar karke toh main mar hi jaoongi. Dimbo baithi kaise hai, usiko pata," she said.
"Aur aapki tarah is dupatte ko manage main nahin kar sakti," said Aashi, pointing towards Vrinda's salwar Kameez. "Saree is the next best option. Aur waise bhi, agar mujhe apne kapdon se badalke, girly kapde pehene bhi pade, toh why shouldn't I transform like Kajol in KKHH, atleast that way meri life mein ek Sharh Rukh aa jayege," finished Aashi dreamily.
Vrinda looked in the direction in which Aashi glazed eyes were fixed. She snapped her fingers in front of Aashi eyes, to bring her back. "Aur saree ko manage karna?"
"Oh woh, woh toh Gloria mujhe sikha degi," replied Aashi confidently.
"Are you sure?" asked Vrinda.
"Yes".
Chapter three
Tia burst into giggles as soon as Vrinda informed her about Aashi sudden urge to wear a saree. "Woh tacky Aashi ko bet bhi samajh nahin aaye, aur woh Tia ko Dimbo kehti hai".
Vrinda shook her head. "Aisi baat nahin hai Tia, mujhe lekin kuch samaj nahin aa raha hai. Ab Aashi hi jaane usse kya karna hain," she said, beaten.
@@@@@@@@
"Saree ko pahene se pehle tumhe decide karna padega, ke tumko kaunsi saree pahen ni hai," said Gloria, as she stood in front of the mirro.
"Kaunsi saree? My God Gloria, itna jhanjat kyun?"
"Kyunki har saree sabko suit nahin karti," replied Gloria.
Aashi shouted loudly, before going and standing behind Gloria, fine tum hi decide karo kya select karna hai," she said.
As both Gloria and Anvesha hunted through the million saree's that Gloria's mother's cupboard had, they both came to one conclusion- "cotton is a safe bet. Hum wahi try karte hain".

Tia and her friends were sitting in the canteen, when suddenly Pri burst through the door. "Tia- tia," she said, running towards the table. As she reached the table, Tia got up, panicked.
"Kya hua babes?"
"Tum belive nahin karogi Tia, Aashi, saree mein," said Pri, huffing loudly.
"What rubbish. Pri tum pagal ho gayee ho kay?" said Yuvi, who was sitting on a nearby table with Sid.
"Tumse kaun bat kar raha hai," snapped Pri. Turning back to Tia, she said again, "Woh yaheen aa rahi hai," as she completed her sentence, Aashi was seen in the distance.
She was wearing a typically pink saree. She walked with great difficulty, and a sneak peak at her legs showed her normal kito's which somehow kept her from falling off. As she reached the table, she raised her eyebrows.
"So, lag rahi hoon na main, ek girl?"
As she waited for a response, Aashi became aware of the entire canteen staring at her, and within another moment, everyone started laughing. Uh- oh!
"Tum sab kya dekh rahe ho? Kabhi ladki nahin dekhi kya?" asked Aashi, tying her pallu safely around her waist.
"Aashi, kya tum theek ho?" asked Sid, walking towards her.
"Ofcourse you loser. I'm fine. Yeh batao ke ye saree kaisi hai?" she asked, twirling round her feet.
Silently retreating back, Sid gave Yuvi a shocked look, before bursting into more laughter. Soon, the canteen was again filled with sound of mirth.
Suddenly realising what a fool of herself she had made, Aashi looked around and gracefully turned. Making her way, quickly out, she heard Tia say 'Tacky'.
@@@@@@@@@@
"Dude, kya tumne usko dekha? I mean saree aur Anvesha?" said Sid, slapping Yuvi on his back.
"Shut up Sid," said Yuvi and ran behind Aashi.
He ran through the hallways, calling out her name, but couldn't find her anywhere. Coming to a halt outside her room door, he knocked gently.
"Aashi?" he called out. "Anvesha?" he tried again. When no answer came, he barged in.
Aashi was busy untagling her saree. "Hey bhaggu, yeh ladkiyan saree kaise pehenti hai?" she said to herself. Her pallu was in her hand and her other hand was trying hard to untangle the saree.
Yuvi felt his cheeks redden, suddenly feeling very warm. "Um- sorry," he said and turned his back to her.
Aashi turned to him and yawned. "Tum waise yahan kar kya rahe ho? Kya yeh enough nahin that ke wahan log hasse, tum yahan mere samne aakar hasna chahte the kya?" asked Aashi, not bothering to be angry with Yuvi.
Yuvi turned, and covered his eyes again.
"Oh come on Yuvi, maine apna khud ka top hi paina hai. Just because upar se ek paanch meel lamba kapda dala hai, toh tum embarassed ho rahe ho," she said. "Ah ha!" she exclaimed, finally unknotting her saree. "Thank-god. Gloria mujhe maar dalti".
"Waise Aashi," said Yuvi but stopped as Aashi started peeling the saree off. Below it, she revealed her well worn stel gray capri's and her favourite yello top.
"Ah- finally free. Yeh ladkiyan bhi," said Aashi, throwing the saree on her bed. "Mujhe isko fold karna bhi nahin aata, aur log isse actually pehnte hai?"
His reverie broken, Yuvi cleared her throat. "Waise tum yeh sab kar kyun rahi thi?" he asked, picking the saree up and studying it carefully. "A saree?"
"Uff!" huffed Aashi. "Look, tumhe isse kya hai?"
"I want to know, maybe I can help you," said Yuvi, sitting on Aashi's bed.
"Oh really?"
"yes".
"Seriously?" asked Aashi, getting up from the bed. "Kya Yuvraj Dev, the biggest Loser in the world meri help karega?" asked Aashi sarcatically.
"Aashi-" warned Yuvi.
"Forget it dude. Tum apni million and one problems par concentrate karo. Mujhe yeh bet kaise jeetni hai, yeh main khud hi figure out kar loongi," replied Aashi.
"Bet? What bet?" asked Yuvi, suddenly becoming serious.
"Kuch nahin. Meri Dimbo ke saat bet lagi hai, ke main ek girl bankar dikhaongi," she said, going to her mirror.
"Lekin tum to already ek girl ho," said Yuvim going behind her to stand and look in the mirror. "In case you didn't notice," he said, and gave a naughty smile.
"Duh," said Aashi, "Ofcourse mujhe pata hai main girl ho. I meant the girly girl- the Tia girl," said Aashi a little angry. "Like all other angels, jo skirts ya dresses ke alave kuch nahin pahenti hain. Jo roj subah teen ghante sirf ready hone main waste kar deti hai," she finished in a huff.
"Par tumko woh sab kyun banna hai? I like you just the way you are," said Yuvi, hugging Aashi, in mockery.
"Yuvi, yeh joke karne ki baat nahin hai alright. And keep your hands to yourself," said aashi, turning back to the mirror. "Yuvi, kya mujhe apne baal wapas black kar dene chahiye?" she asked.
"No way babes. Tumko black balon main dekh kar mejhu hi nahin, poore maurya ko heart attack ho jayega," said Yuvi, clutching his heart.
"Ha ha, sab log joke marte hain," said Aashi sarcastically. "Main yeh bet kaise jeetongi?"
"Look, agar tum allow karogi, then I can help you," said Yuvi.
"Yeah right, aur tumhe ladkiyon ke bare main kya pata hai?"
"Trust me babes, bahut kuch".
"Oh really? Like what?" asked Aashi, turning to face Yuvi.
"Like girls kaise raat ko baal curl karti hain, like woh kahan se dressed pick up karti hai, etc," replied Yuvi, blowing on his nails.
"Yeah right! Aur main mars par rehte Jadoo ko janti ho," said Aashi sarcastically.
"Whacko, judging from your behaviour, I doubt thats false," replied Yuvi. "Anyways, look main tumhari help kar sakta hoon. Aur waise bhi, ek ladki ko kaise hona chahiye, yeh toh ek ladke ko hi pata hoga na," said Yuvi, knocking on Aashi's forehead.
"Actually-"
"Ab bas bhi karo. All the help you get on this, tumhare liye hi acha hoga na," said Yuvi.
"I guess, besides, Vrinda mata toh mujhe help nahin karne wali," huffed Aashi in exasperation.
"So done, we'll get to work from tomorrow," said Yuvi, a sparkle in his eyes.
Chapter four.
"Ok maharaja Yuviraj Dev, Vrinda is out of here as you had asked, ab toh mujhe batao hum yahan kya kar rahe hain?" asked Aashi, spinning on her heels in the empty room.
"Aashi, hum aur tum ek kamre main band- the possibilities are endless," replied Yuvi, a mischeivous look in his eyes.
"Hang on a moment cool dude, tumne mujhe promise kiya tha ke is bet ko jeetne main tum meri madat karoge. Suddenly yeh possibilities ki baat kahan se aa gayee?" asked Aashi, looking at Yuvi suspiciously.
"Umm...Right. So kahan se shuro karen?" asked yuvi, rubbing his hands together.
"Well you're the boss, tum batao," said Aashi.
"Hmm....Well sabse pehle toh tumhe kuch ladki type kapde lene padenge," replied Yuvi. "After all, we'll be working on your outer appearance too," he said.
"Duh, aur yeh 'kapde' humein kahan se milenge?" asked Aashi.
"Ofcourse market main whacko," said Yuvi.
"Ha ha ha ha ha, joke toh aaj kal sab maar rahe hain," said Aashi, looking up.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@
"Aashi shut up and come here," shouted Yuvi, as Aashi picked up another pair of dungarees."Aur yeh sab tum kya pick karti rehti ho, maine tumhe kya kaha tha?" ASED yUVI.
"Ke dungaree's nahin khareedni hain. Lekin Yuvi, main Tia ke tarah woh short short skirts main ghut ghut ke mar jaonge," said Aashi dramatically.
"Shut up. Now, maine tumhare liye ye kuch tops nikale hain, go try them on," he said.
"Waise Yuvi, tumhe kaise pata yeh sab shopping ke bare main?" asked Aashi.
"Well, its my secret, yaad hai meri girlfriend Yamini?" he asked.
"Kaun, woh cheater?" asked Aashi, angry.
"Hain wohi. Main uske saath shopping karne jaata tha," said Yuvi, giving Aashi a conspirative wink.
"Yuvi, tum itne bade loser the, yeh mujhe pehli baar pata chala hai," said Aashi, shocked. She turned and moved towards the changing room, shaking her head in disbelief.
Yuvi smirked, and turned to find the shopkeeper staring at him. "Never shop with a girl," he said, shaking his head.
Sorry for the delay. Enjoy!
Thanks for all the funny and good reviews! I'm flattered. Here's the next part.
"Stupid Yuvi, usko kya pata, ladkiyon ke kapde, ha," muttered Aashi, once in the changing room. "Maine bhi na, yeh stupid bet ko lene ki kya jarorat this, I could have easily taken another one. Jaise ke, 'sabse jyada ladkon ko peeto' ya 'sabse jyada bar dimbo ko dimbo kaho'. Lekin hain mujhe toh yehi stupid ladkiyon wali bet leni thi na," she said, moving towards the mirror.
She studied her reflection closely. "Man, main yeh red balon main kabhi achi lagti hoon, aur kabhi buri," she said. Turning around, she huffed, picking up the top Yuvi had given her, "yaar Tia ahuja hona sachme koi aisi waisi baat nahin hai," she said.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Yuvi drummed his fingers on the counter, waiting for Aashi to come out of the changing room. Aashi might not have been a typical girl but what she didn't know that she took equal amount of time to change. Atleast enough time.
Yuvi looked at his watch again. "Anvesha, aur kitna time?" shouted Yuvi.
"Aa rahi hoon na," she shouted back. Aashi stepped out of the changing room wearing a white top, with a new pair of jeans. "Tada," she said, spreading her hands.
Yuvi looked at her from top to bottom. "Hmm..... not bad, but we need to work on it," he said. "First thing, we need to get you books of girl behaviour. Next, some more clothes," said Yuvi.
At the end of two hours, both Aashi and Yuvi were carrying two bags each, that had around five tops.
"Yuvi, tops toh main khud bhi khareed sakti thi," said Aashi.
"Haan, lekin tumhare type wale nahin chahiye the," she said.
"Lekin main yeh sab pehnungi kab?" asked Aashi, bored.
"Two days from now," replied Yuvi.
"Two days....you mean," said Aashi her eyes rounding.
"Yes, baby. Its going to be the day," replied Yuvraj.
"But Yuvi, main glitter and glamour day par sirf yeh tops pehnoongi?" asked Aashi, holding up the bags.
Yuvi turned on his spot, shocked , his eyes wide open. "Aashi, abhi toh humne sirf tops kharede hain, aur tum already ladkiyon ki tarah bat kar rahi ho," said Yuvi.
"Duh, main already girl thi," replied Aashi. "Yeh sab to theek hai, par sirf us din agar mujhe waise dress karna hain, toh phir hamne itne saare tops kyun khareede hain?" asked AAshi.
"Kyunki my dear, tum us din ke baad, aise hi kapde pehnogi," replied Yuvi, pointing to A shoe shop. "Not time for shoes," he said.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@
"Hey bhaggu, kitne types ke shoes hote hain?" asked Aashi, cursing the salesman who put another pair of shoes before him.
"Dekho madam, party type, ballerina , glitter armour, boots.......," replied the salesman.
"Yuvraj DEv," shouted Aashi. "Yeh sab aap unko dikhaye. Mujhe nahin," said Aashi. "Yuvi, tumhi select karo, mujhe torture mat karna.
"AAshi relax," said Yuvi, as he carried twelve bags in his hand. "Shayd tumhe pata nahin, lekin saaree bags main carry kar raha hoon," said Yuvi, huffing with the strain.
"Well idea kiska tha, genius mr Yuvraj Dev?" asked Aashi, as she walked on his side, with no bags in her hand.
"Bet kisne lagayee thi?" asked Yuvi, finally putting the bags down and facing AAshi.
"Ah um, uthao uthao, ab mera room door hai," said AAshi, pushing Yuvi along.
"Main nahin utaonga, tum madat karo," replied Yuvi, a little angry.
"Yuvi, main ladki hoon na, kaise utaongi?" said AAshi, batting her lashes.
"Mujhe pata tha, woh mera dialogue mujhe hi aakar tang karega," replied Yuvi. With a huge huff he picked up the bag and continued forward.

"How to be a girl," read Yuvi from an edition of Femina magasine.
"Yuvraj Dev, main already ek girl hoon," shouted AAshi .
"Yeh mujhe pata hai, tumhe pata hai, but ab sari duniya ko batana hai," said Yuvi, turning the page. "Clothese, check. Shoes- check," said Yuvi, reading from the magasine. "Hair," read Yuvi and then looked up.
"No, no way, I'm not doing anything to my hair, you understand," replied AAshi.
I'm so so sorry. But I was busy with studies. Regular updates now, promise.
"Ha ha, woh toh mujhe pata hai," he said and read further. "The next most important thing is make up."
"Make up?" asked Aashi.
"Yes Makeup," replied Yuvi.
"Yuvi, waise yeh sab, lipstick, kaajal, isko make up kyun kehte hain?" asked Aashi.
"Kyunki, yeh aapki appearance ko banata hai," replied Yuvi.
"Banana hai?" asked Aashi. "You mean BANANA, the fuit?"
"No. Ab sunoh, humko kal make up shopping jaana hai. Filhaal, aaj ke liye itna toh kaafi hai," replied Yuvi.
"Ah, Yuvi," said Aashi, before he could leave.
"Ha?" he asked, turning back.
"Thanks a lot for all this you're doing," she said. Moving towards him, she looked deep into his eyes. "I know yeh sab tumhe karne ke liye jyaada time nahin hai, nahi ke koi jarorat. But you're still doing this for me. I just want to say, thanks," said Aashi.
"Thats ok. Ab main jaoon," asked Yuvi.
Aashi nodded. Yuvi turned and stepped towards the door. "Yuvi," aashi called out.
"Ha?"
Quitely moving towards him, AAshi quickly planted a kiss on his cheek. "Thanks again. Kal make up try karenge ok. Ok ok, bye bye bye," she said, and pushed Yuvi out.
Smiling to himseld, Yuvi shook his head. "Whacko".
