No that was sum other girl... Shweta(as tara) entered after nikki(the main female character) left college and went abroad for studies..... after the exit of 2 or 3 main characters.... Shweta along with a set of some new characters joined the college.

hey u r wrong here....that gal nikki ..who played the lead role was riva bubber......n shweta entered the show quite late...she had nothing 2 do with amit sadh 's loer in the show......

ya i watched kyun hota hai pyar. there she played a totally different role.
she played the role of a bholi, seedi saadhi girl (that too without make up ) who always use to dream about her love who was her childhood friend karan and wanted to meet him . there she didn't know anything about fashion and style and always wanted to live in her dreams.

u all r wrong she was searching 4 her childhood friend named rahul n not karan.n amit sadh had left d show by then.i remember d last episode whr she turns into a pretty babe n rahul decides to propose her but amit sadh cumes at that time n says that he loves tara(shweta).n in khhp she was shown as a very bad dancer n when i saw her dancing in remix 4 d first time i was amazed to c that she was d best dancer amongst d remix 4sum.
