ya i noticed it...each and every of his rections from the time Kaddu asked him to hug him until Karan hugged Suman...
he was never happy except once when he was hugging him....
all other time he was in dillemma...k ab mera kya hoga....and 1 thing i noticed also...When Karan asked Kaddu first Time Where is Suman...the way Kartik looked up..my god...what a jealous and possessive look it was....
and when Sumi and karan hugged at that moment oo his reaction was some what same only...
and remaning things we will understand after todays epi only..

and abt that accident...my first and foremost Shaq ki Sui was/is/will be on VB.....coz she was the one who hated Suman from the bottom of her heart...top of her brain...
