Part_3
Razia was called for lunch, she sat down next to Altunia on the long dining table, the food was served and she stared at a particular dish, tears appeared in her eyes. Altunia was furious again.
"ye kisne banane ko kaha tha, forun le jaya jaye ise" he ordered. The maids took the dish away. Razia looked at him with anger filled eyes and then started eating.
"aapki pasand kuch ziada hi badal gai he begum sahiba." he said in a disgusted voice
"pehli baat hamen khane k waqt pe baat krna pasand nahi, aur dusri, hamari pasand nahi badli, bas kuch logon ki asli fitrat saamne agai he" she replied annoyed
Altunia closed his fist and frowned, Razia finished her food and left.
"uski pasand k khane ko dekh k bhi ro rhi hen wo" Altunia was fuming when he told this to Zaroon.
"miyan thand rakho, wo ab qabar se uth k nahi ayega bhabhi jaan ko tumse cheenne, der sawer, bhabhi jaan tumhen apna hi lengi" Zaroon tried his best to calm him down.
Altunia was not satisfied, he walked away, even the thought of him got his blood boiling, he was passing by Razia's room when he heard her laughter.
"dekha hamen shatranj me koi nahi hara sakta koi bhi nahi" she gloated
"par begum sahiba aapko Yaqut ne do baar haraya tha" Fatima reminded her.
Altunia hit his hand on the wall in anger, but he was surprised after what he heard next, Razia's voice toned down but the happiness didn't fade away completely, she was still smiling faintly.
"bas do baar, uske baad humne use 4 baar haraya tha" she recalled and smiled, "chalo ab apni chaal chalo, humen intizaar pasand nahi hamen jeetna he" she was back to as cheerful as she was.
Altunia was shocked, Yaqut's mention didn't get make her sad, he expected her to cry and mourn again, how can she be so cheerful after the mention of her dead love, Altunia was confused. He walked inside and stood behind her, she didn't reazlize his presence, she was completely lost in the game, he stared at the chess board for a while then sitting down he moved a chess piece.
"aap haar gai shehzaadi" he said in a teasing tone
"ikhu" she said annoyed "tumne hamen phir hara diya" and suddenly she realized that he was here and what the situation was.
"ikhu?" Altunia said shocked, "aapne hamen ikhu bulaya na"
"wo hum.." she lowered her eyes and bit her lip, how can her tongue slip
"Razo" Altunia said with immense love in his voice, "hamen phirse ikhu bulao na"
"Razo mar chuki he subedaar sahab, aur hamara Ikhu bhi, aapne hamare har qareebi insan ko humse cheen liya" she said painfully , stood up and left. Altunia threw the chess board in anger.
"mar k bhi tum hamara peecha nahi chod rhe Yaqut" he shouted in anger, " hamari begum hamari dosti ko bhi bhul gai sirf tumhari wja se"
Zaroon who was following him came to him and said, "tum kyun mijaaz garam kr rhe ho mirza, bhabhi jaan to uska naam sun kr zara bhi gamgheen na hui"
"kyun k wo unhe khush ho kr yaad krna chahti he gamgheen nahi" he yelled, "zarur us se wada kiya hoga ke wo unhe achi yaadon me yaad rakhengi" he made a disgusted face, "hum uske naam ko unke dil-o-dimag se mita dena chahte hen Zaroon"
He left in extreme anger, Zaroon followed him, "miyan kahan ja rhe ho itne gusse me?" Zaroon called
"Begum ko unki sahi jaga pohnchana bht zaruri he" he said
Razia was standing near a pillar staring at the blue sky, lost in thoughts, Altunia grabbed her wrist and pulled her with him.
"kahan le jaa rhe hen aapn hamen" she asked, "chodiye hamen"
But he didn't listen, he kept walking and left her only when they were inside his room. He caught her shoulder.
"aap yahin rahengi, hamare saath, aap hamari begum hen, hamari razo hen bas, aur kisi k baare me sochna bhi haram he aap pr" he made himself very clear
"par hum...mirza" she was confused
"Hum aapki zaban, aapke dil, aapki yaadon se bhi us badzaat Yaqut ko niqalna chahte hen, wo to mar gya pr uski jo yaaden aap apne dil me zinda kiye bethi hen unhe jald dafna dijiye BEGUM SAHIBA warna anjaam acha nahi hoga" he said burning.
Razia was shocked, she speechless as he stared into her eyes with his burning eyes with intensity, jealousy, insecurity and most importantly ever lasting love that Razia could somewhere feel when she was lost in his eyes.
