Post Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev's success Nikhil Sinha and Sohanna Sinha are coming up with another mythological show under their banner Triangle Films!
This new venture will be titled Siya Ke Ram'; it will be aired on Star Plus.
Reportedly Ashish Sharma will be playing the role of Ram, and to play the role of Sita the makers have roped in newbie Madirakshi Mundle.
Madirakshi Mundle has been the face of a Telegu Movie named Ori Devudoy!
Another famous personality doing this venture is Dalip Tahil who has been a big name in the television and Bollywood industry will also be seen as a part of this mythological series! Dalip will be seen playing the role of Ram's father Dashrath.
According to reports the shoot has already begun in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad!

Sony TV's upcoming reality show "Power Couple" produced by Coloscuem entertainment will be on air by October, 2015. The show has expectedly roped in many celebrity couples including Pratyusha Bannerjee & Rahul Raj Singh.
Well, we had news that
Ashish Sharma (known for his role as Rudra Pratap Ranawat from
Rangrasiya) and
Archana Taide (last seen on
Qubool Hai) were asked to be a part of the show by the production house. To which Archana told Tellybuzz that, "Yes, we were approached for the show but we have denied to it. Also, I am busy writing scripts for my production house and for other projects."
In the mean time,
Ashish Sharma was unavailable to make any comments.
The show Power Couple will have 10 such couples who will be assigned to perform certain tasks under extreme conditions. They will be judged on how much love, sacrifice, compromise and every such factor is maintained while performing these tasks. The couple who will survive through all these tests will be the winner.

Yes, we are talking about their ambitious project on Star Plus, Siya Ke Ram.
As all our readers know, Tellychakkar.com was the first to report about popular actor Ashish Sharma playing Ram.
Well, we now give our readers the news of the actress to play Sita. No, as reported in media circles, it is notKumkum Bhagya fame Mrunal Thakur playing Sita.
Instead the prized role has gone to a new face, Madirakshi Mundle who has done a movie Ori Devudoy in Telugu down South. The girl hails from Pune.
Also, another big name roped in to the project is veteran actor Dalip Tahil. Dalip as we know is a known name in Bollywood with movies like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Ram Lakhan, Tridev, Kishen Kanhaiya, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani to his name. The actor will play the important role of King Dashratha, Ram's father.
As per credible sources, the shoot of the show has already begun in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
We tried to buzz Producer Nikhil Sinha but did not get any reply.
Our efforts to reach the channel representative also remained futile.

Times of IndiaSimone Singh to play Kaikeyi in her mythological debut: Actress Simone Singh, who has so far played the quintessential elite mother exuding oodles of glamour, has now turned her attention to the mythological genre. Nikhil and Sohanaa Sinha's Siya Ke Ram will see her essay the role of Kaikeyi, probably one of the most misunderstood characters in mythology. Informs a source, "We have seen different versions of the epic, but this version of Ramayan will be seen from Sita's perspective. It will highlight Kaikeyi as a warrior, a facet that's now forgotten with the many interpretations." Simone chose not to comment on this.

Ashish Sharma celebrates his birthday with a 'simple house party'
Actor Ashish Sharma is enjoying his free time now, post the back-to-back schedules of shooting for Rang Rasiya and the last season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Well, speculations are rife that the talented man might have bagged the lead role of Ram in Star Plus' big ticket mythological show, Siya Ke Ram.
However, for him, it is a total chill out time with his wife and actor, Archana Taide and friends.
Yesterday (30 August), Sharmaji (as cutely nick-named by his wife Archana) celebrated his birthday at home with his family and thick friends from the industry.
Unlike the last year where Ashish brought in his birthday amidst a huge celebration, the couple chose to have a simple homely way to enjoy the day this time around!!
We hear that Ashish and Archana's very close friends from the industry, Vishal Aditya Singh, the newest baddie Lakhan from Begusarai, choreographer Shampa, Vaibhav Mootha (Director of Maharana Pratap), Rohit Dwivedi (Director of Jamai Raja), Ravi Naidu (Cinematographer of Maharana Pratap and Sankat Mochan Hanuman), and a few school friends from Jaipur were invited for the celebratory affair.
A close friend of Ashish even stressed the fact that in spite of working in the industry for so many years, Ashish and Archana have very limited industry friends, and the surprising aspect is that their close friends happen to be technicians rather than actors.
A friend who attended the party told us that the house party was kept really simple, with the house decorated with balloons, like any other birthday party will be like.
On the surprise birthday gift that Archana has arranged for her dear hubby, we hear that the girl has planned a leisure trip to Thailand with Ashish for 15 days.
Oh wow!! That seems awesome!!
We tried contacting Ashish, but could not reach out to the birthday boy.
However, Archana told us, "When I met Sharmaji, he was 27, and today he turns 31. Oh god!! Time really flies and the best part is that we did not even realize it. It has been five years of togetherness. It is a blissful feeling. For me, birthdays are very special and I always try to make it special and memorable for my loved ones. I am happy that in all these 5 years, we have celebrated Sharmaji's birthday in different styles."

Ashish Sharma to Romance 'Kumkum Bhagya' Actress Mrunal Thakur in his Comeback TV Show?
Ashish Sharma, who won hearts with his performance in "Rang Rasiya" alongside Sanaya Irani, is set to make his TV comeback.
According to an Absolute India News report, Ashish will be seen playing Ram in an upcoming show "Siya Ke Ram". Mrunal Thakur aka Bulbul of "Kumkum Bhagya" has reportedly been roped in to play the role of Sita.
Talking to the popular daily, an insider revealed the focus is more on Ram and Sita's love story.
"Nikhil and Suhana Sinha's mythological show, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev was a huge success. It was produced under their banner, Triangle Films. Now, they are coming up with one more phenomenal mythological show, Siya Ke Ram for Star Plus. The show is based on the perspective of Sita and Lord Ram and not on traditional lines, like Ramayana. It focuses more on their love story," the source elaborated.
The buzz is this show too will be made on a lavish scale and a set is being created in Ramoji Film City.
In other news, there have been rumours that the TV star quit his last show "Tujhse Naaraaz Nahin Zindagi" to get into films but due to not-so-interesting scripts, he decided to return to the small screen.
Also, Ashish told the daily how roles have been offered and he is in the process of finalising things.

The hunt for the faces for Star Plus' much awaited mythological show Siya Ke Ram (Produced by Nikhil Sinha) is going on full swing.
After Ashish Sharma has been finalized for essaying the character of Ram on the show, now we hear that the show has got its Sita.
Our reliable source informs us, "Actress Mrunal Thakur, who is currently essaying the role of Bulbul on Balaji Telefilms' popular show Kumkum Bhagya, has now been finalized for essaying the role of Sita on Siya Ke Ram."

Star Plus' next biggest venture, Siya Ke Ram will surely be the talk of the telly town in the days to come. Recently we at Tellychakkar.com had given our readers information about Ashish Sharma being in contention to play the coveted role of Ram in the Triangle Films show.
And now, we have some more exclusive piece of news for our readers.
Well what we hear is that actor Abhishek Nigam is apparently going to debut on the small screen as the young Ram in the series.
Wondering who Abhishek Nigam is?
He is none other than child wonder Siddharth Nigam's (Ashoka) elder brother.
A source shared that the makers wanted to rope in Abhishek and now after his look test, the channel has in all probability given him a green signal.
When we contacted Abhishek's mother, she replied, "Yes Abhishek has been approached for the role, and he has also given the look test. But we have not received any confirmation from the makers. Hence, nothing is final as of now."
Our efforts to reach out to the Producer Nikhil Sinha and the channel spokesperson were in vain.
Will Abhishek get to taste success on the small screen just like his younger brother Siddharth? Only time will tell!!

And now, they are working on probably the biggest mythological show ever-made, Siya Ke Ramfor Star Plus. And for Star Plus, this will be yet another biggie for them, post the success of the huge Mahabharat.
Well, as we know, planning for the show has been on for quite some time now. And here's the first exclusive volley of news coming from the show.
Tellychakkar.com has got reliable information that the very popular Ashish Sharma who has been a class-apart in whatever he has taken up till now, has apparently bagged the lead role of Maryada Purushottam Ram.
As per a reliable source, "The extensive search for the lead characters of Ram and Sita has been going in many big cities of the country for a while now. Though the team has not yet locked the girl to play Sita, the show's Ram has been found. Ashish Sharma will in all probability play the prized role."
As for Ashish, he has been part of shows like Gunahon Ka Devta, Chandragupta Maurya, Rab Se Sohna Ishq, Rang Rasiya. He was crowned winner of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, and recently hosted Tujhse Naaraaz Nahin Zindagion & TV.
Another information coming across on Siya Ke Ram is that the mythological will not be shot in Mumbai, but in Hyderabad at the Ramoji Film City. A huge set is being erected at the place, is what we hear.
