Classes haven't started.

BD had a good start. Actors are ok so far. Story seems interesting. Its about an estranged couple who are forced to work together after 8 years in a record company. The ML is the hit singer and the FL is his new boss. The break up seems to have been painful and they can't stand each other. Sets are great. Costumes not so much.

But this Ranveer was one of the most badly scripted characters...

I never liked his long locks...

I didn't like how they suddenly turned Mala into a victim of abuse and blackened Dilsher for that. Honestly, if he was so cruel why did she leave her son behind? How did she end up at Tejawat's doorstep and led a happily married life until the mela? I would have preffered torture wala track.

He suited the superstar character well. Acting was ok too.

I think its because she married the other guy too soon after his father's suicide. He was very close to his dad and was devastated by his death. I didn't watch it long enough to follow why he killed himself. Whether his mom or step-dad had done something to trigger that step.
