For me Khushi was brave, fierce and everything a woman should be. ... .her running behind her husband to prove her innocence was because she loved her husband, and she was also aware how much that man was capable of screwing it up. ...when our loved ones dont see sense, we make them see sense, not leave them and run away. .. And Khushi knew what her husband was. .. She understood him, and welcomed all his flaws with open arms. ...and thats why it was Khushi with Arnav, and not some lavanya, lisa, pam or sam. ...

Khushi was brave, she was fierce...whatever she did was for the man she loved, and for the woman that man loved. ... And that doesnt makes her any less brave and fierce. ...

Very well said!!!! I never had any issues with the way Khushi's character evolved with the progression of the show. I never quite got why some people had issues with Khushi post the hate marriage and kidnap tracks. The only time I felt the CVs messed her up was during the Sheetal track & to some extent the Miss India Track.

Sheetal track was the worst track. ...But I would not blame CVs for Mrs.India track. .we know why it was introduced and Khushi was taught how fashion world works. ..so that when her husband dies, and she steps out, the viewers shouldnt think how a girl like her is running a business. ..not that trp audience would have cared. .. Its just proves IPK CVs and Gul weren't as dumb as we think of them. ...they just had no way out and everyone knows the reason behind it. ..

Agree, Khushi was brave, fierce, loving et al but there definitely was a change the way she was projected (suddenly her personality got altered to an extent )after the hate marriage and later too a few instances. But i suppose, such is the way things are...liberties and views get altered to suit the state of the show.

Open grey role for Sanaya is welcome, but i doubt it will happen. Like somebody mentioned a fierce loyal woman protagonist fighting for a cause/family would be interesting. Of course Sanaya nails Romantic roles and kind of leaves us in a dream world...pair her with anybody and same result.

Neverthless, its been long without her...just want her back in any avataar now, no doubt she will captivate us like always

I am not talking abt what would be preferable.. i would also like something different.. but anyway.. it won't be Khushi..it will be slightly different anyway.. so i was just thinking of the scenario of it happening and if it was such a bad thing after all..

anyway let's see what happens...

She only put up with his atrocities cz he was blackmailing her about breaking up her sister's marriage

and nobody in that household, not even Arnav seemed to be offended by that

well said!! Our Khushi was exactly like this! She was to put it in a single line 'darti par karti thi' she faced life like that..
she was innocent, she was chulbuli, she was fiercely protective of her loved ones, she was ready to walk the dark side for them..
how can we forget how she pretended to collaborate with Shyam? she was so convincing! she allowed a man who made her skin crawl to touch her for her loved ones.. she gave as good as she got to Arnav till the moment she fell in love with him.. he had all the power, yet she kept on banging against him n putting him on the backfoot, she fought to keep her head high and to teach him many lessons..
when he married her by force, she was helpless to fight directly but she sort of played her own brand of guerrilla warfare against him..
but when she fell in love with him, he fell in to her own protected group... then Khushi simply loved him flaws and all.. and tht was simply her being a woman.. i know a lot of women who have changed like that for a person they loved.. in every way fierce.. but for that one man they do accept and love everything flaws n all..

may be at the very end they messed with the Sheetal track - but that was not Khushi, it was IPK itself they screwed up at that point.. redemption track itself being missing etc were not faults of Khushi.. by that time due to some reasons the whole show was ruined..
but Khushi was as a whole simply perfect..
