Happy Anniversary Rangrasiyans...

One of the mind-blowing show which was supposed to be a History made in Small screen had to succumb to TRP Pressure within 8 months..Current sad state of many such beautiful shows..

Still RR is a milestone in every RRian hearts..

Am proud to have witness this beautiful show and met some wonderful people for lifetime here through RR..so its double special for me

Beautiful RR cast in your collage Prabha...Brought back so many memories..How I wish I can rewind back time..

Just going to repost what I wrote in another thread. I feel so overwhelmed today.

That first promo, though. I remember one year back I was watching the very first episode of Rangrasiya. It was an experience I'll never forget. Shayad pehli baar ek Hindi soap dekhte hue laga ki the episode was over too soon. Those first two months were mind-blowing. Goddamn you, TRP. The image that is permanently etched in my mind is of Ashish walking across the barren desert sand with a pistol in his hands, and Sanaya on the ground, with the rudalis around her removing all her bridal finery. And that haunting music in the background. Whatever grouse we might have with Saurabh Tewari, you have to give him points for dreaming big. I hope someday the TV industry is brave enough to break out of conventional concepts.

Lovely collage Praba. Glad to see you around. This forum has some of the best memories for me apart from RR and Parud.

Though the stint was short, what it has given is forever to cherish - The Sanish magic.

The only wish remains is to see them together again.
