I am sorry to hear you back. Try to use ice pack (reducing inflammation if you have). Sometimes heat can also help, but I don't like to use it myself.

Sprain can be difficult, do take pain relievers if needed.

Sleeping/laying down in curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs may too help.
