This OS is not really what you call "Parud OS". Before you get disappointed i'll warn you that it does not have much Parud like in the Prequel.

"I Love you"
"Maa, I can't marry him"
She felt like she dropped a bomb in her house. Her mother was looking at her in shock. She couldn't believe what her daughter said
"Paro, Are you even in your senses? What do you mean by this?" Paro's mother said after recovering from the initial shock.
"Yes Maa, I said I can't marry him and I am in my senses"
Paro said softly. She felt she couldn't speak.
First time in her life she felt fear gripping in her body while talking to her mother but she knew she had to talk after what happened few hours ago.
"Why? Why can't you marry him?" Her mother asked
Parvati couldn't speak. Her fear took a form of tears. She felt awful as tears started running down her face. She took a deep breath
"Because I know, I know I can never be happy with him. I don't want to spend rest of my life with a person I don't even know.
Maa, how can I live my life with someone knowing I can never love him, I can never be his life partner. Maa, I can't.. I'm sorry.."
She looked at her mother who was looking at her with questioning eyes.
Gauri Mehra knew this wasn't only the reason. She knew her daughter won't deny until unless there is a solid reason behind it.
One thing was sure if Paro wasn't happy then Gauri would never force her in that Marriage.
"Paro, Beta I know there has to be something more into this. Don't be scared, tell me what's wrong?" She wiped Paro's tears and made her sit on the sofa
"Maa, I... Iove someone" Paro took a deep breath. She felt lighter than before eventhough she had no idea of her mother's reaction.
She felt lighter because finally she said what she wanted to, finally there were no more secrets.
To say Gauri wasn't shocked, somewhere in her mind she saw this coming, she knew her daughter well enough to realize something was wrong.
Paro never smiled when someone talked about her upcoming marriage or even talked about it.
"Paro, Who is he?" Gauri asked calmly. She didn't know what to do, Paro is her only child and she can never do anything which is against her wish but this?
Not even a day is left for the engagement. How will she handle this? What will Paro's father say? How will he react?
"Rudra" Paro barely whispered.
"Your college friend?" Gauri asked confirming if she heard right.
"Yes"
"I will talk to your father about it, stop crying" Gauri wiped Paro's tears
"Maa, You will? You don't have a problem with him.." Paro asked in shock. She didn't know her Maa will agree.
"Paro you know we will never do something you don't want to and I don't have a problem with him" Paro's mother hugged her.
"but what about Varun's family? How will they react to this?" Paro asked
"We will talk to them Paro but first let me talk to your dad"
Paro nodded

*Doorbell rings*
"OH MY GOD! WHY? Why is the bell ringing right now?" Riya whined.
"Relax Riya, We'll continue it later let me see who it is"
"But Mumma"
"Riya I'll be back"
"Mumma at least tell me one thing"
"What?"
"What did Nana say?"
"He said yes"
"Then?"
"Then what? It's not a Bollywood movie so don't think you Papa and Nana had dramatic fights" Paro giggled
"What about Uncle's family?"
"Riya, Someone is at the door. I'll tell you later"
Parvati shook her head and laughed at her 13 year old daughter. Riya always wanted to know how her Mamma and Papa got married.
Paro told her how she told her mother about her "Love".
She obviously kept the "Moments" to herself.
Paro opened the door.
"Rudra, You're back?" Paro grinned and hugged him
"I missed you" He kissed her forehead
"Missed you more, Your flight was for tomorrow, right? Why didn't you tell me that you're coming today" Paro smiled and asked.
She kept his briefcase on the table
"Surprise" He grinned
"I loved the surprise" She laughed
"Where are Riya and Dhruv?" He asked
"Riya is in the room and Dhruv is at his Nani's house"
"Oh, When is he coming back?"
"In the evening"
"Paro"
"Yes?"
"I love you"
"Okay" She giggled

I had no plans to continue this but i was just sitting here about 2 hours ago and wrote it. Quite a shock for me 😆
I know this was not at all like the Prequel but i thought i'll keep it this way.
I know some of you wanted me to write about Rudra fighting with the world for Paro but i wanted Paro to talk about her Love and discuss it with her mother :)
I know her mother's reaction was not at all real but anyways 😳 . LOL
Not every love story is dramatic 😳
