I don't understand.. Why is it not allowed to discuss about other show's and actors? We all like and dislike different things.. So why can't we share our opinions?

I started yesterday watching some other show's in this forum (RR was my first Indian show), and there is stories that I really didn't like. And some actors were not so good either. And if that is my opinion why I can't say it here?
