Thank you Sajni!
Thank you for calling this out!

I am reeling in shock and rage! The taste of disillusionment is rising up like bile in my mouth!

I wish to God Vicky is reading!

I cannot say more!

And now, just like when you play cards, you try to match what you are handed, they want Rudra to be kicked over for someone who matches Myrahs look? There are posts like that already.

Wow.

So you mean to say that this is a stunt so they can pull plugs of the show?
If so, they really didn't have to kill Paro for that.
Also, if such is the case...I'd say CVs have no grounds. They could have still continued on with the story and if channel pulls plug...then simply blame TRPs...why make fans hurt?

I respect ur feelings but personally I've no problems with this new track. My loyalty has been with Sanaya/sanish,if not for them I wouldn't have seen RR. In fact the way the CVs treated Paro in the last few months, making her stagnant and annoying,I considered it as an insult to Sanaya's talent and wanted her to quit it,to be honest! M not saying that the CVs will cover up the flaws with Myrah but m giving it another chance...looking at it as a new love story!

I understand you, sajni ...

but at the end of the day, Paro and Rudra are fictional characters, and Sanaya and Ashish are REAL people who are toiling day and night to give us those fictional characters to the best of their ability, and they're working DAMN HARD to do so ... despite double shifts (Ashish) and sickness (Sanaya).

I cannot ignore the blood, sweat and tears of REAL people for fictional characters ... I know Sanaya is not very happy about the change in character, at least, that's what it appears from the segments ... but she doesn't have a choice ... this is her job, her bread and butter ... she has to do this.

And I can not, and will not, hurt REAL people for fictional characters. There is a line to be drawn here ... for me, this is it.

I will mourn Paro deeply ... I loved her character ... one of Sanaya's finest. I love Rudra ... he is the closest to an ideal husband that I have seen on TV. I love the PaRud jodi ... made in heaven.

But they are fictional ... created by people who apparently feel less for their own creations than we do ... and delivered to us by actors who are slogging their butts off without much thanks in the form of awards, trps ... or recognition of the hard work they put in ... but they do get thanks in the form of affection and support from us fans. That's the least I can give them.

Speaking of Myrah, I can't judge her from one look. Going by Sanaya's past record, she will make me love her too ... that doesn't mean I love Paro any less. I don't ... and I will be delighted if Myrah turns out to be Paro ... though from first look, I cannot imagine how she can.

Also, I will wait and see how the story goes ... and whether Rudra falls for Myrah at all, or whether she is only a via media for him to come to terms with Paro's death.

Diyu Sa...I have no complaints for those that are planning to watch for SanIsh...I understand they are real people and this is their bread and butter...

However, watching for SanIsh and accepting this utter nonsense is 2 different things. You can still watch but you can still be vocal about ur choice...Myrah or Paro. Chances are if viewers dont accept Myrah, CVs will have to ultimately show that she was Paro alll along.

"No, I dont mean you dont watch it for SanIsh...I know many are wanting to continue only for them...but that does not mean you have to accept whatever storyline they throw at you. U can still watch yet boycott by simply not accepting Myrah! (That is ofcourse if you truly called yourself PaRud fans)..."

I understand your anguish about the turn of events in the show but I cannot understand how one would be watching the show, support Sanish and yet boycott or not accept Myrah, essentially it would mean continually critiquing the character or it's portrayal by an actress either here in the forum or in social media to make a point to ST, MD and writers.

For me, along with entrance of Myrah, it is also about the changed Rudra and his relation with Myrah, Dhruv and his role in the new way forward. This will be the new picture, so if I like it I will continue watching, if not I will exercise my choice as a viewer and even bow out of the forum.

That said, kudos to Sanaya and her excellent portrayal of Paro and accepting this unique challenge CVs placed on her of making viewers like her new character all over again. This is usually is faced by a replacement actor in most shows.

i don't think you hold the rights to tell others what they should comment on and which topics they should not comment on. If a topic is posted, the forum will comment whether good or bad. That is what democracy is about. Please don't shame others just because you don't agree with them.

shouldnt a show make you love the characters so much where you feel the emotions . honestly , if i can state an example here , english drama series (eg g of thrones) keeps killing the characters as the story progress and thats how they keep us engaged , and am willing to continue watching as long as it entertains.

I certainly feel this post is not for u then. From what you have said...you dont have attachment like most of the fans do to PaRud as a couple. You watch more for their individual characters ...and that's good.

I am shocked...saddened...but definitely not angry...

Fandoms are what gives CVs the liberty to do such stunts!

We don't always get what we want and you are not going to accomplish anything by boycotting. Only our energy will be wasted. I am an attached viewer as well and I also love PARUD. I am also really sad about the death of Paro but life goes on. In the end it is just a show and you have to remember that. We all just watch it for entertainment purposes and if it continues to entertain us we will continue to watch it.( as LOLitaPawar said above)
And the actors are the ones that bring out the character. Anyone else could have played those characters and it would not have been effective as how Sanaya played it. The credit does not only go to the characters.

And I understand your anger but hun calling the fans liars is not going to change anything. If you are not willing to accept this then no one will force you. But bashing the fandom just because we are willing to accept this change is not right. I hope you understand !
