Have focus groups market all top jodis and either revamp or kill off old soaps going for ever.
Get fresh youg creative marketing team TRPS are not the only thing I watch RR in Canada and we see lots of ads so you are minting money.
Take your soaps international too RR in other forign Locale etc.
No soap should be over 18 months old take a leaf from Pakistani soaps.
Have good award shows you ruined the eid show with 5 minutes of PARUD and 1 hr for BI. Not fair look at Zee and others showcasing Eid.
Last but not the least have on line Forums on what can you do better as fans we pay money and want the best what entertains us.
