Well it's criteria is given that:

The show MUST have been shown on an Asian Television Channel between August 01st 2013 and July 31st 2014.
The show must have be playing its current storyline between August 01st 2013 and July 31st 2014 NOT A REPEAT SERIES.

And Rangrasiya started from 30th December maybe that's why it isn't in the nominations but I'm confused that how is ''Yeh hain Mohabbatein'' in the nominations as it also started in December.

Nothing like that, just keep reminding, even on her previous shows forums, including Chhanchhan and MJHT forums, spread the word.
