That would be nice - they have a nice brother-sister vibe. Although my 1st choice will always be Aman Bhaisa.

Maybe turning him into a positive guy would be good but I have a feeling they may do that and he may fall for Paro.

Yup, I would love to see her do that... What is the use of showing Paro as pure, positive and loving when they keep showing her believing in wrong people always... That is sending a wrong message.. If Paro's goodness changes Shantanu then that would be a very positive thing...
