It's lovely to have you take charge and allow all baisas to have this opportunity to unite once again! (The other being the Navarasa Series, if your wondering!)
I do have a few suggestions, please bear with me.
1. Revamp the forum, Recollect the past, relive the present and predict the future!
Well, I have been a late-comer and joined IF late, and did not have the opportunity to join in on the initial days of the RR forum. I took the liberty to become a scavenger recently, and got my hands on ALL the posts possible for the first week. I categorized, organized the same and am still working on it. I didn't want to say a thing about the same, until I had it completed., but given the current scenario, I think I could use some help from all the members, especially the ones, who have taken leave/ a break. It would make much more sense, if I had a post about the same, which I will compile, given I get Senbon ji's agreement, to proceed.
2. Tweet our appreciation, boast and shower our LOVE for the show, not exaggerate.
Based on my categories, I had a episodic take of the same, I think we could all use that link and tweet it using the hashtag you all decide and agree upon. So that the creators, get to know the feedback as an audience we had, how we LOVED the show and let them rethink their decisions, and like Napster ji convinces us that a slot change is/will the decision taken.
3. Get "THE GANG" back (Mods are in the list, for obvious reasons)
Well, we all know who are the actual digaj of this forum - Napster ji, SJ ji, Naach_Basanti ji, Choti ji, niyoyti ji, Exprimere ji, Semanti ji, laddoo598 ji, FairyLiquidSoap ji, Sush ji, AngelTeen ji, Aria ji, CravingKhana ji, DrShuenmial ji, eveline ji, golpokobita ji, incandescent ji, Jamba ji, m_zaks ji, madmaxine ji, Meself ji, MoronsKiMallika ji, Pinot ji, Rockerchic ji, Temptations ji, UsernameLoding ji, Vimal ji, Vista ji, and many more.
Okay, since they have a upper hand when it comes to being, hands down, the biggest fans, they just wouldn't admit it. I think having a "team" (obviously with their consent) would have a greater influence, when it comes to approaching the concerned authorities.
If I missed some names, please do help in completing the list, and the ones who are active currently, need not be mentioned, as be default you are the ones, who have taken the initiative and could garner the attention of your, respectfully, Seniors, baisas.
P.S - The FF/OS/TS and all the wonderful writers/authors are too included, since they have a way with words, I thought it was pretty obvious, they are a vital part of this project/mission.
4. AT's - Showcase the Talent
Okay, we all know, we love AT's. Well, it's now the right time for all VM makers, Photoshop experts to team up, collect all their marvelous creations and embed them in their tweets, when they trend with us. If they have been doing the same, in their own manner, and I am oblivious, I just need to add - 👍🏼, Keep up the good work.
Okay, last but not the least, please don't tweet Ashish ji and others. and bother him "Sir, is RR ending?". It's not true, until now, and we can at least boost their confidence, subtly drop in our views and not blatantly bring their hopes down like this!
