But i think Shantanu is not aware of his brother being a terrorist because then the fact that Paro is Varun's widow won't be so meaniful to him. He would only be foccused to take revenge from Rudra. Ofcourse in some or other way by involving his love and family.

As mala has seen shantanu somewhere before, it is likely that he is the BSD mole of Tejavat. All the fake weddings were in fact planned be tejavat only maybe with the help of Shantanu and his brother (Paro's first husband)
