The episode started with Mohini screaming on Samar telling him to leave his wife Maithili who can never give him or them the happiness of a baby. Samar was firm on his foot letting his mother know that part from a baby there was something called love and he loves his wife more than anything. He will never want a child at the cost of leaving his wife and what guaranty was there that the new daughter in law will be able to conceive.
Paro, Maithili, and other woman of the house did the teej puja and waited for their respective husbands to get back house to end their fasting by feeding them and sudden the light went off. Maithili and her sister in law went inside to check what happened to the fuse.
Paro was seated on an swing accompanied by her mother in law when they head sunehri's yelp. Paro wanted to go and check but mala asked her to be seated as her leg condition was not ok in the meantime she would go and check.
While Mala was away Paro felt very strange sitting alone when suddenly the back door opened and someone stepped in. Paro was so scared that she kept on chanting Shiv ji's name holding the rudraksha against her palm.
The man entered the hallway and came near Paro then caught hold of the swing and started pushing her lightly. Seeing the BSD emblem paro breathed sigh and thinking it was Rudra she started questioning him why was he so late and what did he get for her in teej. When he did not answer she pastured him. The man touched her shoulder and whispered across her ears "Teej Mubarak ho paro aur tumhari pati ko lambi umar mile". Paro was shocked out of her wits understanding it was not Rudra who was standing behind her and it was someone else.
When Rudra entered from the front door paro yelped once again. To her relief it was her husband this time. Rudra saw the other man standing but he couldn't see his face. The intruder pushed the swing getting the right opportunity and ran. Rudra went behind him but failed to grab him when the threw the gulaal on his face. The man escaped and right then Sumer entered.
Rudra went back to paro to check whether she was fine. His mother apologized for not being able to take care of her...but rudra said it was his fault that he failed to protect her.
Samar broke his wife's fast and told her that he is very happy with her and he doesnot want any baby from her. Maithili too told him the same. Both felt very emotional...and Samar slightly guilty for hiding the truth from her.
Paro once seated, Rudra told her the actual thing how he saw the doll's hand damaged, how he received a call from an unknown person stating that he was the one who deliberately threw the acid on paro's leg instead of her face.
Rudra later suspected mohini and Sumer behind all these but Mohini denied swearing on her son that she doesnot have any clue about it.
