Sigh sick of counting the collateral damage in this serial to justify certain roles

Paro the FL was used to move the story never mind her convictions beliefs and statements all subject to how the scene should play for the day OUCH SI

Then Laila what potential and not necessarily sexual the wronged woman the woman in the triangle and not the other woman but the woman with Paro being the other OUCH AS

Then Tejawat my heart bleeds I made a post mourning his butchery I am still grieving so pardon if I am rather pithy a soul can bear only this much OUCH TK

Now Dilsher sigh I loved how you were the loving father figure to Paro a converse to the affirmation you fed your son over beautiful women Made me wonder why then now clueless I do understand you have mellowed due to years and the fact you met a gal who brought out the paternal instincts in you and egads wonders you actually stopped resorting to alcohol after that but they threw you under the bus tonight and that I cannot forgive OUCH OUCH OUCH KPM not fair Creatives you have shaken the edifice of the premise of Khubsoorat Aurat syndrome to justify the ML angst The flash backs should have played before so we could make an emotional connect to his actions

Mala I do understand contrary to forum opinion Have seen enough in the shelter I volunteer RR keeps it light and skims over the alcoholic abuse and again writers you should have paid attention to a desperate wife wanting to leave an abusive relationship

Adult child Alcoholic is what Rudra is and people pleasing / clown child is what Paro is both victims of their personal life tragedies and people have conference calls to keep so don't know if I am able to reply

Hi Fairy!!!

Hope you're doing well.

Completely agree with the lost potential from various fronts- that's something that irks me to no end when issues are skimmed over and characters don't get the potential they have in them.
At this part:

"Mala I do understand contrary to forum opinion Have seen enough in the shelter I volunteer RR keeps it light and skims over the alcoholic abuse and again writers you should have paid attention to a desperate wife wanting to leave an abusive relationship"

If that is the case, I will be VERY dissapointed, if her leaving was due to abuse and alchole and the CVs skim over that or twist it up I would most likely even stop watching regardless of Sanaya and Ashish's chemestry. It's not laughing matter, and it's nothing to take lightly. It's a serious issue that Indian television doesn't often address, until lately (that show on Life OK whose name I can't spell plus MNB on Sony) have touched upon this issue in very deep detail.

The only thing is, that would go over my head would be if that is the story line...Rudra would have to be privy to it, children from abusive marraiges do bare the scares of it as well- and that hasn't been shown to us, and if it is the case and Rudra as a child didn't see it happen, that's also an odd contradiction to it all 🤔

Hopefully we'll get clearer answers, and something with some substance!

Children r the collateral damage of any bad marriage bcz that what both parents does to score points against each other by poisoning their mind against the other parent... If mala was a victim of domestic abuse then again after getting married to thakur she should have tried to gain access to Rudra and should have tried to keep any sort of contact with him, a child living in a rural background is mentally and psychologically slaughtered by this humiliation which Rudra had to face.

In the letter which dilsher was reading mala stated that she couldn't take it anymore and it's for everybody that she leaves so I guess maybe it was mohini at its evil best who plotted and planned the events so that she could elope but in my opinion cvs can't put a spin on mala's elopement, even if it was abuse still mala could have eloped with her son by taking him with her from school or something else... After marrying thakur she was powerful enough to teach dilsher a lesson and mended her relationship with Rudra bcz thakur was madly in love with her to do anything to make her happy... I just pity with Rudra that he had to become a collateral damage of his parents doomed marriage.

I'm with you on the Paro and Laila part.
Also I'm not sure how much longer justifying will hold credibility before it gets to a point where there's no looking back and it's beyond repair if not already.

S🤗

Hun it seems that Cvs themselves have no idea. You have very valid arguments although I don't think it is going in that direction. Again we only know what Rudra knows given it is his story so Dilsher, Mala,Danveer, Mohini and Paro are secondary characters here who if they do think we can only know if they are talking to Rudra and right now rudra is not in the mood.
I agree with you having worked at an Abused Women's shelter myself if it is an alcoholic abuse situation we should have known. I am not judging Mala because even if she left for love which she never got from her husband it still makes some sense but the kid abandonment that I am finding hard to digest. If that is the case then the series doesn't do much for me and I must move on. I personally think we should have known more...Dilsher did feel the pain to the extent he has made his child hate women khoobsurat or not he just doesn't like them period. Otherwise I am sure Rudra would have settled down with a not khoobsurat aurat if that was the case.
Adult child Alcoholic is what Rudra is and people pleasing / clown child is what Paro is both victims of their personal life tragedies - Bang on👏 in their quest to create a flawed hero and innocent heroine they have ended up with an alcoholic and a people pleasure neither are going to help the situation and the results are in front of us...I am not even sure where is this thing going? the sequence that should have been utilized like the separation track was over in one day and the one where all the drama was unnecessary its still going

Forgot to add. I wonder if this is the issue in regards to drawing in the audience. Usually the former of what you holds true and the latter is partially true with the FL and her people pleasing ways [minus the victims of personal life tragedies part for the FL]. People dish that in well with a lot of the high TRP shows. I don't want to start the TRP debate-more so an idea as to why this hasn't worked.
