to an extent no.
for example, ask a doctor to operate his own son and operate a random unknown patient, you will realize that how emotions take over. similarly a BSD officer is an officer till he is in duty, not at his home, not in his wife's lap, not in his father's arms, and not in front of his mother too.

Notice how it's only concerning his personal life not professional life! Have you seen him drunk on his duty? Not that I can remember!

And correct me if I'm wrong but their training involves professional life not personal life.

But Kiran, every training you learn in your professional life dictates EVERY action you take in your personal life! 😲

I mean, look at all of those teachers hitting their family members with rulers when they don't get their multiplication right 😆🤣

Exactly, Surgeons for the most part do not practice on their kin, it's simply not safe.
I'd hate to be the parent that has to operate on their child. 😳

Army training is very tough, rigorousness
They train you both emotionally and physically, you have to fight on the borders and be alert all the time
May be they are few exceptions of emotionally unstable ones and Rudro seems one of them
PS: You cannot compare Army training with the University degree of Public affairs or political science

Then compare it to Police Officers.
Or Firemen, same line of serving and protecting.

Personal and Professional. Never confuse the two. There are psych evaluations to see if they can handle the stress of dealing with criminals and dangerous situations- not to see if they can handle their mother who abandoned them. 😆

But I think you're not getting the point. Their training is for their professional life not personal life. They are not supposed to behave the same way in their personal life when they are not on duty. All the army officers I have seen behave just as humanly as us(normal human beings). They get angry, they cry, get emotional, lose temper, get happy just like us normal beings.

I'm being hyperbolic Darling , as a Canadian, any teacher that hits a kid with a ruler would most likely be sued and fired. 😆
