Both Rudra-thakur r strong.. positive or negative not a matter but both actions r the same..they always carry their wives 😆😆.. both have Moustaches too😆😆 so Thakur is Rudra's dad..just for fun 😛

My dear, interesting though it is, but I don't really agree with your view point. She was never given a choice to undo the damage wrought by the thakur. Every time she was near to finding the truth he intoxicated her with drugs plus his lies. Besides he never confessed or showed remorse over the crimes committed by him. He is an egotistical maniac and a mentally sick individual, who thinks his fraudulent activities and corruption need the balidaan of everyone around him. Besides thakurain is a naive woman a lot like paro, if we can forgive paro for taking Laila at face value, we should also rethink our stance regarding thakurain ma sa as well.

Another thing, being a law abiding person myself, I can't imagine taking the side of a mass murderer even if he happens to be my son leave alone my husband. So no qualms in that context.

Thakurain's rejection of tejawat is understandable and well deserved. He fooled her and made a mockery of the institutions of love, marriage and loyalty, he revealed to her that the house of her dreams was nothing but a sand castle and in one big lie, that her 15 years' pain of losing her son and her real home was nothing but a cruel twist of fate, that only she is responsible for.

Imagine the burden of her disgust not only for tejawat but for herself too. She has lost everything plus the pain of realising that she has been sleeping with the proverbial enemy.

She is pitiable not detestable. Besides babusa also said that he couldn't save his marriage and that he is trying to right the wrongs done by him in the past, which goes to show that the failure of her first marriage was not solely her mistake and that there were other factors involved in it too.

I hope that satisfies your questions regarding mala.

Thanks DD for your response. You make the discussion interesting. Mala and paro situation could be similar. Except that when Paro discovered she was wrong, she set out to fix the matters and stand by the person she wronged. It was not easy and Rudra rejected her and made her life hell. but she persisted. That shows character...

But Mala is not doing that. She now considers Thakur evil just like everyone else. I mean she shared Thakurs life, his bed for 15 years. She must know the man. she had feelings for him. Now she is willing to label him bad? No one is all bad and no one is all good. We are a mix of all. Who knows Thakurs good side better than Mala. He lavished his love on her for 15 years!

Mala must stay, understand what is driving Thakur. Go to that root need to prove equal to his ancestors and show him a better path. Or atleast die trying! Leaving is the easy path.

Ofcourse Thakur must be punished for his heinious crimes. She must support him thro that punishment. If the court decides to hang him then she must support him thro that experience. But she should *not* abandon him! To my way of thinking her labeling Thakur evil and moving towards her earlier family just shows a weak woman. Who is looking for the next support/crutch to continue her life. How can such a weak woman have raised a strong character like paro? Children do what you do, not what you say. So there is a conflict right there in the way the CV's have conceived the plot

On a lighter note, I cant see how the CV's will manage to bring Mala back to the haveli. Is she going to go back to being Dilsher's wife? Rudra's mother? How is that even going to happen?

perhaps they will take the clichd way forward where the fallen woman will give up her life to save her son/husband and thus get redemption?

anyway we'll wait and watch how this moves forward...
