Rudra is asking for her trust yet again

To me the first 2 minutes of the epi with Rudra speaking his mind were the most interesting today...

The Raja-Rani-Pari metaphor continuing and Rudra unwittingly letting it slip that HE doesn't want the Queen i.e. his Paro to leave😆

Interesting things mentioned by Rudra in this bit:

1) Yeh bhi toh ho sakta hai ki puri kahaani hi galat ho...ki Rani ke samajhne mein galti ho gayi ho👏😆...Thank you, Rudra! For putting it out there...


2) Then he follows it up with something even better...using Paro's own PERCEPTION argument on her👏👏😆...I absolutely loved it...a nicely put in FB reminding Paro of her own chitrakaari of drawing that circle on the floor would have been even better...kuch yaad aaya, Paro baisa? Ek hi cheez ko dekhne ke do alag tareeke? What about some benefit of doubt now when the ball is in your court?😆


3) Rudra reminding Paro that she should know he has no heart to give away so what is this matter of bringing the heart back from the Pari?


4) Rudra asking her why she can't see that SHE is handing her strings into Laila's hands and LETTING her manipulate her...LETTING her seperate Paro from Rudra?


5) And the clincher...if Paro has trusted Rudra all along to save her life, to protect her, why can't she trust him over THIS?


For this scene alone, baaki sab kuch maaf...even the daal gulping tug of war happening later on the epi😆...As an aside, LOVED Mohini's W*F expressions during this scene..."Yeh kaunsi kahaani hai?"😆


I also loved two other things...Rudra finding out that Laila fixed the puppet show...and then later on him taking the reigns and telling Paro that Laila's time is up and he isn't gonna listen to any more of Paro's mutinous arguments on this...Yet again he tried to ask Paro why she can't see that Laila is just spreading poison...but Paro is on a deliberate self-destructive streak now so I guess Rudra has no choice but to take the reigns in his own hand...left to Paro, she will keep on bonding with Laila over childhood stories, imlis and god knows what😕


In my opinion today's epi was better than yesterday's.

Anu- as usual- my first reactions after watching the episode- not the best ones!!

@Shalini: Tum abhi bhi Paro pe atki ho?😆...Post padha bhi hai ki nahin...No point trying to make sense of Paro's reactions...I was happy that Rudra talked sense today and took charge...Paro ko koi nahin samjha sakta...when Maithili has to do things like tell her to go take the daal to her husband toh phir kya...Paro is in zombie mode...leave it.


I loved Rudra's dialogues today...his levels of frustration, whatever he said, made sense to me...even staying within the scope of the puppet story, he said a lot IMO...Yeah Paro wants her love confession and other stuff😛...but I loved that Rudra expressed his point of view so STRAIGHTFORWARDLY again...he's still yet to admit to HIMSELF that he has enough of a heart to give it to someone...he cares for her, fiercely protects her, all that...but he's not yet gathered the courage to fully bring himself there...and Paro forcing his hand with this emotional atyachaar is anyways...oh well.

Why can't Rudra just tell her he loves her? When was this character ever that SIMPLE?😕😆 I can't believe people are expecting him to choose his words with care in that respect...lol...atleast today he managed to admit that he doesn't want Paro to leave...he also quite directly told Paro that she shouldn't let Laila seperate her from Rudra...but no one wants to dwell on that cuz sab pe Laila ka bhoot chadha hua hai.

I loved that he spoke of trust again...the cornerstone of their relationship in many ways...him needing her to trust him, to submit herself to his care cuz only he has the right to protect her like that.


And yes in the end he said to her, "humaare beech kuch ho ya na ho"😆...I LOL'd at that...yep Paro freaked out again that he may never love her...and the other stuff😆...but I'm just glad that Rudra isn't taking Paro's mutinous senseless rebellion on this Laila issue and he's taken a stand...

He watches over her like a protective hawk...yeh sab Paro ko dikhta nahin hai...Laila was right there but Rudra chose to walk away with Paro...so what dil does he need to bring back from Laila? Paro never bothers looking at herself as she sits there willingly listening to Laila's crap...hopeless case.

Anu, I was super bored with the epi today...And yesterday and the day before too 😭

Yeah the first scene as you mentioned was good..But nothing caught my attention except that the story, the lead's characterization and the general essence of RR is being played with, manipulated and almost killed just for one person - Laila. Just so they can give Laila screen space and keep her in that haveli. I am lost with where all this is going and today I did not even watch the full epi. Can't believe it. I usually watch every epi multiple times.

And going from latest promo, RR is going to be all about laila for I don't know how long. And the actress who plays Laila, she is doing a bad job.

If the writers don't realize that RR is about Rudra-Paro's love story and not about Laila ASAP, then I am soo done.

LOL ok I guess I'm the only one that wasn't affected by the Laila allergy today then...Rudra's scenes were better than the ones from the last two days in my eyes...I prefer him using his BRAINS rather than giving lame coy smiles to Paro...and he used his brains today so I was happy *shrugs*

P.S. And why is anyone under the impression that Laila is leaving anytime soon?😆...Hadn't we reconciled to this a few days back only? So why the surprise and reactions now? If anything, I think I can still tolerate her better now cuz the truth is out...now Paro is the one bringing this all on herself as she insists on being sakhi-saheli with Laila...so Laila se irritate hoke kya faayda...cuz she brushed her hand over Rudra's while taking the daal katori?😆...I feel like Rudra right now...indifferent to Laila and frustrated with Paro😆

Also another thing I forgot to mention...Dilsher was LOVING IT when Rudra gulped down that daal ki katori...lol...reminded me of that extra cheeni waali chai scene from wayyy back when Rudra band-bajaaoed Mohini and Dilsher was mazey lootoing as a spectator😆

I guess my frustration is with her face on the screen. 😆 If her face comes in for more than 75% of the epi, my poor heart cannot take it. 😆

LOL that seems to be everyone's frustration...I'm actually kinda amused to know that I'm the ONLY person to have found something to like in this epi😕😕😆😆...I'm just not that irritated with Laila anymore cuz Paro is the one giving her power over her...there is no one else to blame.

Also Re: the latest promo...well think about it...we got almost three promos this week...can't remember the last time that happened...two of those promos were about RP only...and even those didn't have much new footage...I feel today's promo is just an extension of the precap...so no point dwelling on it or thinking that everything is Laila-centric...yes Laila ain't going anywhere...even if Rudra kicks her out, she'll come back through Sumer...

It is Paro who needs to stop treating Laila like a long lost saheli.
