Lovely, super brilliant post as always Sabs!!! I was eagerly waiting for your post since I knew I would be treated to the best analysis and an in depth insight!! Love ya!! 🤗

The episode had me clapping for Paro all through with equally brilliant support from other characters!! Today Paro truly won me over! Even though her sacrifice looked something unreal and we all were arguing about it, when she closed her eyes and honestly thought about what is important in her life, she saw nothing and no one but Rudra!!! So it was only natural for her to sacrifice that very thing!! She is brutally honest! With herself, with Rudra, with her Bholenath and everybody in general!! The sacrifice also shook the priest!! Bravo CVs for portraying Paro this way!

What I loved even more about Paro was her ability to come forth with some home truths to Rudra in a direct and calm manner and effectively making him ponder over it. Rudra is definitely affected by Paro's speech!! He will now think more calmly about it. Moreover this brutally honest Paro when leaves Rudra will hopefully not leave without being upfront about it! That itself will break Rudra's notion about beautiful women right there! He will surely see the difference between his mother and her protege!! (provided CVs keeps that essence of honesty in paro's character in tact by then) Her way of helping Rudra was bang on! Supported him till he needed it and left him to help himself rest of the way! Thus she kept her desire to help him and yet kept Rudra's self-esteem in tact so that he doesn't feel invalid!! Superb characterization!!

What do I say about acting? Ashish even when shown bed-ridden is as dynamic as ever!! Sanaya portrayed every nuance of Paro's character so beautifully that it took my breath away for I was expecting Paro's character to be similar to what I saw yesterday! Chalo, Bholenath listened to my wish without asking for any sacrifices!! The actress who plays Maithili is Gitanjali Mishra (I believe it is her first show) was very endearing and brought out her conflict between standing by the truth and being a good daughter-in-law! Commendable!

So looking forward to show down at home!! Let's see what Mohini faces tonight!!

Thank you Jaz. 😊 When he doesn't hide it Rudra's concern for Paro is paramount. And today everyone around his hospital bed knew it. She was the first and only thing on his mind when he roused from consciousness.

Agree with both the above points Mozart. CVs should make her explain the reason for leaving. That is the only way he can see the difference. Very well said

And I also agree the way she helped him and then asked him to help himself. I am sure this is also valid for helping him out of his baggage. She can help to some extent. The rest has to be done by himself and he knows he can do it

Sabs,

Every word you write here breathes life and emotions.

Will copy that I wrote on Sunara's post due to lack of time. Hubby travelling, day off so much to do.

Even before she enters Rudra feels her presence. It said so much her stepping back, that now she would have to put a curb on her outpouring of love for him. Of things to come. Here onwards she would simply nurse him back to health..but would suppress her feelings for him.

I also loved the way she shoved the apple pieces into his mouth just to shut him up.😃 There is one shot there of her, when he speaks of his anger...that said she knew him so well, but with an underlying sadness.

Many complaint she never speaks to him of his past...today she did...every word a priceless profound piece of advise...and that plate - his past...she could help him this much...he had to reach out and deal with it himself.

As you have said each and everyone of them were just amazing. Sanaya and her eyes that can tell you a story, Ashish looking heavenly even whilst lying there in hospital garb, Maithli...what a brilliant team of actors have we.

I leave you with this quote from one of my favourite movies

"How do you look at someone you Love and tell yourself...Its time to Walk Away" - The Vow

hugs

Wonderful post. You have wrote down the whole episode beautifully. It was truly a bittersweet episode. It was heartwarming and at the same time heartbreaking.

You very beautifully penned this down... You captured Paro's emotion so perfectly...Brilliant.

The realisation froze the blood pumping in her veins. Drove the breath from her lungs. Slashed her legs from under her. So that she fell onto her knees in front of Bholenath, eyes streaming with agony. But hands clenched in acceptance.

The way she said, "Theek hai. Dediya humne bolenath." was so agonizing. We could literally feel her pain of giving up her everything in that one sentence.

For the first time she boldly talks about Rudra's past even though she knows he wouldn't like it. Paro never does that. She never tries anything that will agitate him. But today was different. She knew she would be with him for only few days and with in that time she wants to help him move on from his past and be happy. Even at this point she is only thinking about him.

And Rudra, Argh! this guy has a very thick skull. He keeps asking only for her from the second he is awake, even in that condition thinks about her wound and orders her to get it checked but when she is actually next to him, he taunts her. And this time his taunt hits the right spot and pricks her so deep that he couldn't even imagine.

His, "Parooohh..." as he lets out his breath was fantastic. That scene just squeezes your heart as you realize how much these two are meant for each other. At one end we see Paro sacrificing her love and on the other side her love coming back to life only to take her name first. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the irony of this situation.

I am eagerly waiting to see how this whole track plays out. My only request to CV's is please don't change this whole seperation of Paro and Rudra into a huge MU by Rudra where he compares Paro to his mom.

Thank you Hope. 😃 And for your wonderful comment.
@ "Theek hai. Dediya humne bolenath.": The feeling Sanaya invested in those words!! What can I say - made my heart twist for Paro.

@ Paro talks to Rudra about his past: Well said, Hope!! 👏 Yes she wants to do what she can for him in the limited time she has with him.

For her plain-speak, Paro couldn't have picked a better time or place. The man was stuck in a bed and couldn't get away from her as much as he wanted to. And as for timing, he's so close to admitting his feelings for her and so wants to move on with his life and embrace all the happiness it holds for him. And yet all this past baggage is weighing him down, making him afraid of reaching out. He wanted to hear those words. And nobody had had the nerve to tell him, convince him. And now Paro did.
@ the PaRud separation: True so much depends on how the separation is effected. For both their sakes I hope Paro tells Rudra why she is leaving. But there is a good chance that she will not. In that case I hope that that information reaches him via someone else. It may allay his feelings of betrayal and abandonment, but there's no way he won't feel it or MU her.

Can't wait for the story to unfold..the raw emotion, the character sketches, the superb acting and the out of the world direction. We're lucky we're getting to see a masterpiece.

Thank you Piccola. 😃 Delighted you enjoy my RReviews. Your appreciation really makes it all worthwhile.
And you're so right - this is a brilliant story being brought to life by a supremely talented cast and the best of direction and technical support. A story so well told that it's easily grabbed our hearts and minds. So that it's not enough to simply enjoy watching; but necessary to go beyond and discuss. 👏👏👏👏👏 to Team RR for an outstanding product.

Thank you Kaykay 😃 Delighted that you enjoyed it.
@ The impending MU: Yes Kaykay, that is the thought uppermost on all our minds. We've seen how it plays out in JTHJ. How it warps the man. Here, Rudra is already warped. The effect will be more pronounced if he heals enough to cast aside his bitterness and look forward to what life can offer him. Then, when the sword falls and Paro leaves him, then we'll see the effect, the hate rise again. That is the cynic in me.
The optimist in me hopes the CVs come up with an alternative - make Rudra's belief in Paro so strong that he knows that she is not abandoning him because she wants to. But because it's outside her control. I hope that because of their soul-connect Rudra will not give up on Paro, and keep digging until he arrives at the truth. And having found the truth, find it within his new self to understand and not blame Paro. To not let his feelings for her be tainted by his abandonment.
And above all, I hope that Bholenath having tested his devotee and found her true, will be benevolent and restore Rudra to Paro somehow before the damage is too deep.

Thank you Radz. 😃
I loved todays episode. RR is a layered story. Fabulous. With each layer, the story becomes more intense.

Paro's promise is so in sync with Rudra's 8th VoW. He vowed that Rudra will never be Paro's and today she willingly gave up her relation to him to Bolenath. Surrendered her Rudr to Bholenath.. Promised she will leave him for ever. Only for him. Sort of honoring his 8th vow..

Brilliant connect Radz. Clap Bet he never thought it would rebound on him like this. That she would honour his vows when he himself had no intention of honouring them at all.

Brilliant isn't.. Each and every scene is RR has some relevance. The relevance maynot be clear when it is played out, but later v r made to understand.. All v need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy .😊

I love the " first meeting" of Parud after Rudra's rebirth. It was so very deliciously done.
Her hesitation, his awareness, her anxiety, his concern, her relief, his agitation. 👏.
Well said. Clap

The scene I loved the most was Paro feeding apple to Rudra.. The dialogues were so very powerful and both actors exp bang on..

And I loved the way she fed it to him. Waited till he opened his mouth to breathe fire and she shut
him down with an apple chunk, much to his fury. 😆 Not sure if she wasn't deriving perverse pleasure out of it.
The episode left me with this deep sorrow for Parud. Paro will teach him to live before she leaves, but both are lifeless apart. Its so cruel. I am very anxious to know how Parud will overcome this challenge.
Hmmm I'm hoping that Paro's belief in Bholenath won't be tested so severely and that He will make it easier for her.
How will they find the way to each other? Brilliant move by the makers. They have me hooked on to this story now forever.

Mythili, Aman and kakkusa were fatanstic today..I also liked how, only ppl who mattered to Rudra were with him, in that critical moment.

Mohini's days r numbered. Or is it?
For the moment. She'll be back. You can't keep a bad girl down, not in Hindi soaps anyway!! 😆

PS

I found it very interesting how when Paro was talking to Bholenath, she was refering to Rudra as Rudra and not Major Sahab.. Mein aapko hamesha keliyae chod doongi! Chod doongi Rudrr! . 💔

Yup I was glad because the MS annoys me almost as much as it does Rudra.
