may be its related to Rudra's condition...as the spoiler is all over that Rudra will consume that poisoned laddoo and his condition will be critical...so as they are telling sacrifice it may be like donating some organ or something like that...i dont know anything about medical...and even dont know if females can denote any organ to males..
