But the actual scene ended up looking like a very rushed job to me...reminding me again of the fact that it's the flow and thehraav where this show messes up time and again.
This was a significant moment...Rudra realizing that something is wrong and him deducing it on his own without Paro accusing Mohini was a good bit...but then the sharp cut to the scene with Mohini, two dialogues and the scene is done? After that brief 10 second snippet of flashback to show Rudra's turmoil and that's it?đ
Why do these people not understand the power of good editing to create significance for a scene, a moment? What they SHOULD linger on, they RUSH through and instead drag through the second half in detail...
I understand they are in a hurry to get to Jaipur and start the romance but this was a scene with so much potential given the build up it got in the previous two epis last week...but as always they squandered it in the rush to set up the next track.
Also, I personally enjoy scenes with the power of the unsaid...Rudra's protectiveness is there for everyone to see...why make it so obvious? Why not show it through actions rather than obvious threats? Yes, he was bound to threaten Mohini over this but I wish they'd found a more clever way to show it, with clever dialogues...shown some of Rudra's thought process more clearly rather than rushing through it. Wasted opportunity in my opinion.
