The Bottom Line.....

The forum is in a turmoil and lately the factions more solidified, the groups more intense. Now, only some writers are supported, some totally shunned. Likes are like votes, only a few favorites belonging to their kind of thinking get them, the others are the opposition that have to be fiercely contended. Some write ups we don't even bother to read cause they are written by certain pro or anti authors. 😆 Now names here are brands...and are sold as such 😉!!
I am aware that I too have played a part in this, honestly sharing my opinions and views, my questions and my confusions. I have tried my best to play by the rules of the game but do realize that have slipped in places, may be I should have curbed my honesty too. In the process have lost some valued friends and their respect and have also made some new equally amazing friends.
May be one character makes more sense to us, sounds more logical. Or may be another's sensibilities strikes a chord in us. One lead is easily understood and comprehended by some, another wins the hearts of others. May be gender equations works, may be opposites attract is a factor. Some are die hard fans of an actor, while some are here for the other actor and have their loyalties well etched. I might be a slave of logic, while my forum buddy might be sold to emotions.
Rudra sometimes has us all in his quarter and there are days, when darling Paro has us eating out of her hand. Some days we cry with the shattered man, other days we wish we could wipe Paro's tears and fears away. One day I defend Rudra like a maniac, the next day, I feel Paro needs a friend in need. And such is the dictate of a daily show and that too a love story. If such were not the case, then the authors would have failed epically. The see saw of emotions is a must, the rollercoaster of loyalties is a trademark of a good show, lest it gets lopsided.
To me maybe Rudra's logic appeals, Paro for me might be difficult to gauge...but the bottom line. I love them Yes, inspite of all my complaints, my angst, my criticisms, my defense, and offense...they are my PaRud!! I love when they love, they excite me, they incite me, they fuel my imagination, they demand my attention, they inspire me to write and fill pages, they give fodder to my thoughts. I fight battles for them, fiercely defending one, and then wondering...what the heck, why m I battling for fictional characters. ?? 😆 Whichever way I look at it, they have me passionately involved, happy or sad, furious or confused, depressed or nervous,...they dictate my life, they rule my thoughts.
What I want to say is...yes we all have our issues, tons of them, valid and invalid...but it is still the best show out there. The best story line, with amazing twists and turns, the script, the dialogues, the screenplay, the artists...every thing is breathtaking even today. Hate it, love it, but we can't ignore it cause it is superlative in each and every sense. We are so passionate about every aspect of this show, their clothes, their eyes, their hair, their blinks, their minutest expressions, their beds, their towels, their glares, their magazines lying on tables...heck we observe and note every minutest damn detail and we manage to fight and argue like siblings over every smallest instance. The reason...we care, they matter, they have a hold, a power over us. Lets, while openly criticizing, also take out time to celebrate such a show, such phenomenal actors, and such hard work.
Some hate to love it, while some love to hate it...but we cant deny that they are the two most strongest of all human emotions. In the end, if we have let it carve such a niche in our lives, our psyches, it has to be special!!
The discussions and debates will continue, passions will rise, Paro will win one day, Rudra won't lose another, lets just keep in mind that we love them. We don't want our Paro with any other man and we would die before we see Rudy Boy with another woman (Poor Laila we literally hounded her out😆).
Everything is fair in love and war...and while we are warring lets not forget that its all about love !!😆

Aah Evie...I love ❤️ everything you write!

Just because we may differ on views doesn't mean I cant respect & accept yours!

And there's absolutely no way I will give priority to our difference of opinions
over a serial to friendship!

Has something hpnd in forum?

I can't comment as before due to the recent clock's going forward, my time online is cut short & there's a wedding in the family.

Hug... keep posting...Lol...nt tht u hv stopped by the looks of it.

Good Post.
Agree with you.

But thats the beauty of a Forum. Everyone should express their views and the more animated the debate the better...

Either way, love the show

Eveline..been there and seen that in the forum that shall not be named😊. I read something unique about this forum which is very true - the fandoms are for the characters and not the actors but the tussle is just the same including barbed mocking. I am not sure which is worse at this point, never did I imagine that this melting point would be reached so soon.

Curbing your honesty takes away the zing of posting..sorry to hear that you have lost online friends, but if holding back your thoughts would have retained them, maybe it was never meant to me. The fun of watching a soap is the discussion..so here is to happy posting with your unfiltered thoughts about RR😊

Bottom line is that it is fiction and these are fictional characters... so we should hear and read and critique based on that... if we remember that ... all will be well..
Keep going eveline !! The writing in RR is a bit deeper and sometimes disconnected... so there are days when one feels like they are not understanding what's happening...

Remember always then

1. The CVs have 22 mins to show something.
2. They need to cater to all audiences ... TRP and otherwise in those 22 mins
3. They need to tell the story in that time
4. They need people to come back ... keep them on the edge
5. This is special Gh formula -- they need to encourage debate

I always wait for reactions from Paro or Rudra... the CVS have been giving them... but at their pace... so patience is what pays...

And yes ... some get Paro and some get Rudra better...!

Hi Evesa, it is always nice to read your posts. We might not be in agreement today but there sure will be a day when we will nod our heads in agreement at something. We are two individual beings with independent opinions so disagreements happen. And those discussions are what makes this whole journey more interesting. It is a pleasure to agree and disagree with you. So don't worry. PaRud are very close to all our hearts. That is the reason we fight, defend and argue about them, for them. We are in a way addicted to them. We can love them, hate them but can't be without them. PaRud are special ☺️. The story is so unique. Rangrasiya is one of a kind.😳

The vagaries of being affected by a show...
That we all are part of a tv forum ,in spite of our roles in AD, have invested our time and emotions on a show and are affected by the mood of the platform goes on to say so much in itself

Widely diverging views cannot take away the fact that there is a weird kinship still, we are affected by the same show, similarly, differently but the story moves us .
