Irrespective of what he feels

I felt he felt fear Fear at what she could mean to him...had become for him. Removing her quickly was urgent. But if he tries to snuff her choice over her own life by contracting her life to someone else, he kills her, kills her soul.

So I hope what you say is true and she will call his bluff on Wednesday and that it will be his turn to break (or not!)

Ok one thing was clear that it was a game or test and this was reconfirned by the precap where he is once again acting as the rakshak!

However I though when watching that it would be simple for Paro to answer this one considering she called Suner bhaisa during that Maithili kidnap track!

Ok keeping that aside Rudra seems to have done some detective work definitely which is how he knows about Sumers need for money...I always felt that Sumer was hardly discreet when he spoke on the phone...maybe Rudra knew about it for long..from the days when Sumer had conversations about moving to Jaipur after selling the haveli!

The first scene where she stops short of specifying Exactly what he means to her was amazing...left both of them thinking...in fact I found the way he held her too gentle to indicate he thought her capable of burning Dilsher anymore!

Your post makes it clearer...just forgiveness at any cost or forgiveness and Rudra ?? That's the dilemna in front of Paro now...tied with it is probably exposure of Sumers planned deceit ..it's the linking of the two that's causing the suspense...questions arise as to how could he even suggest such a thing when he thinks she may love him or if he has feelings for her and is testing her??

Tomorrow's episode will probably link the promo and today's dhamaka😆

7. Precap. Now you're defending her, Rudra? Why? Is she yours to defend against that lech?

BUT I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED because:

1. Paints the character of Rudra really, really grey. It is getting incredibly impossible to forgive him for what he's doing. So in the future, there is much brighter scope to play out his guilt, and Paro's hurt.

2. Booyeah! This is the kind of plot twist I expect. The fact that we are all rage-y about it, so emotionally invested in the show makes it so good! The what'll-happen-next element is so strong, that it's COOL. I love it! Maza aa gaya.

3. People, do you really think Rudra will let Sumer marry Paro? He loves Paro already. Silly people, silly Rudra.

4. Remember the promo? The tables are gonna be turned soon, if that makes you peaceful.

So cheer up people, if you reacted the way I did, the show is on the right track.

On a serious note: I did see this blind trading of a woman today. In the face of money, both, the robust Mohini and Paro were helpless. If you distance yourself away from the turmoil Paro is going through (which is a pretty intense and unfair one) it just shows how powerless women can be in this society- no matter how "strong" she appears. I won't say if it was right or wrong to show this. The scene still remains to be completely aired. Depends on how the story shapes up. But I guess everyone can see the unfairness of it all. Not because it is Paro and we know she's innocent, but because it is clear oppression. Paro had no say in marrying Varun, little about marrying Rudra, and now, her marriage is a contract. A horrible place to be stuck in.

Wow - that was my experience and feelings watching the show exactly! Its like you wrote out the "movies of my mind" the moment to moment reactions as the show unfolded. It was a gripping epi to be sure, but ... how could he????

Point is that at the back of head, Paro's feelings have registered with him. Whatever his intention, Paro will surely come to some conclusion of what she wants from Rudra. And i don't mean forgiveness.😆

I am simply asking... does he WANT her to make her mind up and hence he is testing her? To what end I mean... he certainly made his stance clear on commitment. So why does he need to get her to make her mind up. Okay he has a better inclination of what is going on than poor Paro. Paro is a child ...she does not know that her heart has already a name written .. its just she can't read it yet.

If Rudra is convinced that Paro is partial towards him... now I don't want to say feelings or love as he does not consider these finer feelings exist in women.. what will he do... will he want to marry her? or get rid of her?

I love the way you have written everything. Basically that she is here for him.. What an episode.. Rudra rock as well Paro.. This show is amazing.
