What a fabulous post Diya...⭐️ Reds got me cracking!🤣
So true he is now one sulking bozo!😆
Love that Paro was upfront with him and said she stayed back because he asked her too. And he sure is mad as hell knowing she is the one who got all that was taken from him. Might be also thinking mommy dearest taught her well. Paro comes with similar traits.
And yeah I bet if Paro gets to know the same thing (15 years of love obligation)..she is sure going to go on a "Zindagi bhar I owe Rudra trip"(facepalm)
The problem with having a hero and heroine who actually communicate, is that it's very difficult to create MU's between them. Most heroes/heroines hide the truth from each other/family/ neighbours/ aam junta to save someone the "hurt" of knowing the truth ... yahan par Rudra and Paro, especially Paro, say everything straight out. I'm sure Rudra is going to tell her that Mala is his mother before too long too.
I think the temple bit has left many a confused. To me she seems to want forgiveness for doubting Rudra and not the fire event. Also her running to him was just her joy, she is in the presence of God, just finished praying, tied the bell, she turns to see him, thinks that Bholenath had answered her prayers way too quick, God sent him to her (otherwise for her how could a man like Rudra land up at a mandir?) and he was right there to go to and ask for forgiveness.
The scene did not show her trip...but she is on step 1 and he is a couple of steps below. Which means she trips and falls into his arms, hence he has caught her with his arms around her. if it wasn't a fall, no reason for him to hold her that way.
I don't think she is in love with Rudra ... she is indulging in a strong bout of guilt, repentance, and also hero worship ... he has been her protector all along, has saved her from a really terrible fate, so she wants him to think well of her, and also wants to make up for giving him so much grief earlier, when she saw how affected he was by the loss of job and his men. Swathi (FLS) has written it beautifully ... I agree with her completely.
Right now Paro is on mission One. Forgive forgive and forgive. Second would the fire bit...and really if you see somewhere she thinks Rudra is not thinking straight right now and hence blaming her, she thinks deep down he really does not believe she would do it.
I don't blame her for thinking that Rudra is not thinking straight right now ... he is NOT!!! 😆 And she does understand part of the reason ... his father's condition. She has no idea yet about his mother, of course.
Now about Paro's feelings for Rudra. Too late the girl has some very deep feelings for the man!
Firstly what feeling...Love? NO
Attraction? A feeling of I can trust this man? Admiration? YES to all
When he saved her from the goons She hide behind him and placed her hand on his shoulder,...it's a subconscious act...yet it happened, and when she realizes she withdrew her hand at the time...it's something she cannot question herself...and again the many times Rudra touched her...not by force...but accidental...she has never pushed him away, like when he brought her down from the cupboard, when she got stuck in the door of his wardrobe etc etc.
And what makes it easier for these feelings to surface now is that she is free of Tej and Varun's baggage most of all.
Plus its hero worship...her rakshak from day one. When she spoke of him to her Maamisa, she was all praise for him, that he was not just her saviour but he would save the rest of the girls across the border.
And her connection with Bholenath...asking for a groom whose name would be same as his, and with panditji telling her of the Rudra/Parvati connect...it's like upar waale ki marzi...toh kya karega qaazi!😉
And then add to this her compassionate, caring, nurturing, giving nature...
Now whether Rudra reciprocates these feelings back is not her worry. She just wants that he does not think ill of her. She can't bear that. Plus it's more like she has taken on the role of his daasi...so what do we call this? Is it Love? Dunno!
Exactly!!! I said the same above, before I read this part. It's gratitude, admiration, something she always did feel ever since he protected her the very first time, now unfettered by her false ideas about the BSD, about her husband, ans her marriage ... and a strong dose of hero worship. And she is now free to let her heart rule her head, and let those feelings guide her actions. Earlier she was being pulled in opposite directions, now both head and heart say the same thing ... Rudra is a good man, he has always looked out for her. Yes, he's got a temper, but that's because he's basically a small boy at heart.
Thanks for the lovely take, dd! 😃
