i don't call her doll i always call her 'barbie doll' only cz of her appearance actually. Just google image search "television's barbie doll" n u will get what i mean..so i am assuming at least in her case its just the appearance that had brought about the nickname.

Interesting question. 😆

Firstly, you'll hardly ever find me calling Sanz doll, barbie, sunshine or princess. 😳 But do I think she all of that? Yes. 😛 And I have called her the queen of Indian television many times. 😃

She definitely looks like a doll.

And she is sunshine for me because there are times when she brightens up my day.😃For instance, there were days when I was really stressed out and needed a good laugh and she made me laugh either by doing something crazy in offscreen segments or with her comic timing in her earlier shows. And I think her smile is just infectious.

She looks a like an Iranian princess...as if she has walked out of a fairy tale. I totally have a girl crush. 😳😆

Somebody make a movie and cast her as Scheherazade.

But yeah, I do see her as a human being...a wonderful one...strong, talented and hardworking.

Hope that explains. 😛

PS: Can't say about other actresses though. 😆

lol every girl somewhere in her heart wishes she was a princess.. its what Disney thrives on! 😆

anyway ya we can say its mainly the appearance..cz even media/other celebs have called her that not just the fans.. anyway each to his or her own 😳
