Beautifully said, Loveanime! It is also that at this moment they themselves see one another as chalk and cheese, and profess to be indifferent to if not outright hate one another. Hence the surprise at the reaction. They are an extension of one another, they just have to realise it.

Lovely post as usual!
Kaakisa is playing with fire ... she will get badly burnt.

Loved Paro's breakdown in the first scene, it was too short for me. Thakurain continues to baffle me ... what is the true story?

Rudra flinched when Paro was crying ... the soul connection. Again too brief ... all the important scenes seemed rushed today.

A write up that is not just detailed but nuanced ... Insightful ... Not merely a retelling ... But a dissection ... Agree with you some his ... Without seeing it ... My heart went out to this girl ... Who has lost her husband ... A violent end at the hands of this man ? Right ? And now she is forced to consider a remarriage when apparently she has had no time to mourn her loss ... Sabs ... Excellent all the way through ... But the blue just captured my heart ...

Poona!! 🤗 Thank you for heart-warming compliments. You must know that they mean a lot to me!! ❤️ And gratefully accept your hug - after watching the screen go blank on my 'post'! Gosh, that was nightmarish!! Still a bit shaky!! 😆 There was no way I could've rewritten it from scratch. IF really needs to figure out ways of allowing you to save drafts.
And yes Rudra shot her husband, before her eyes. And it's only been around 10/11 days since her loss and since then she's been thrown in Jail, been rejected by kith and kin, been in hospital, been on the run, been in hiding, been released, and come back to Rudra's custody, has had this fake engagement pushed on her, has been pressurised to consider signing a confession, is having her sexuality awakened, and there's marriage in sight. with her husband's killer...So yes she's not had time to grieve.
And her pain really touched me last night.

Nice post. I do hope CVs start showing Parud dealing with their own pain soon instead of crying about it so much. Its about time.

There really has been a lot of pain in these opening two months. It was bound to happen. Life was going on an even keel for Paro and Rudra. Then suddenly they were thrown together in the worst possible way. Since then the coincidences have been unfolding bit by bit evoking fresh pain. So it's very excusable that PaRud spend a lot of their time crying.
And I don't think we are done with the pain yet - not by a far shot. As Loveanime said in one post, Rudra is going to be hit by many betrayals. And so is Paro.
Paro's way of dealing with it seems more effective - no more tears. But that works for Paro because she is a woman and not crying is an unusual reaction. For Rudra, the unusual reaction is crying, which is what they are showing. Also this is in line with both their characterisation. And while I understand how fatiguing and depressing it is to watch, it is one of the ways in which serial-makers shock viewers and deliver impact.
Having said that, I agree that it is painful to watch. And the impact is fading. But I think Sanaya was spot on with her tears last night. My problem was with Ashish. His jag was OTT and extended. I think he just needs to show more restraint - a couple of tears here and there are fine, but bawling like a baby does nothing for him.

Helloo Shreya, 😃 Glad my post could help in anyway. Ahh the RRs!! You've no idea what devices I have to use to find one that RReflects the nature of the epi! 😉 And how often I have to cut the coat according to the cloth. I have to admit that sometimes the RRestriction can be a bit of a bore. Mostly, it's a challenge, and great fun when it all clicks. 😆

Great post! Always enjoy reading your take😊

Thank you Niyoti. 😃
@ Bold 2: Yes that transition doesn't seem too far away.
@ Bold 3: I think Kakasa gave himself away. Paro said "But I've already won her jewels." And Kakasa said "But this she herself..." And caught himself, then looked guilty and said, " Child, take this without questions. I'm not a good liar..."
And we all know that Paro is quite smart. I'm decently sure she's figured it out. The slip up and his guilt were telling. 😊
