Yes...I understand the peak of madness you are talking about...but there the guy was in love with her and in denial...initially...then he consistently behaved in a way that she was convinced he loved her and then the MU and he didn't know how to behave,,,,one minute good and the other bad...! The difference was they were both beyond the stage where they were strangers and knew what they felt for each other...only the MU stood between them so his behaviour was inexplicable...how could he do that to someone be loved!
But here they are still on the opposite sides of the smuggling ring...him convinced that she js shielding Tejawat and she that he is a JALLAD BSD guy...so here for equations to change should not surprise or confuse her...she hasn't been given any indication that he thinks she is innocent...!
And Paros pain needs to be portrayed true...but why is Rudra being vilified to the extent that I see mention of physical harm to Paro and someone even said threat of rape after marriage! That is not something that is consistent with the character is far! He is not threatening her with marriage to anguish her or make her miserable but to get the truth out of her alone,,,,he himself has no wish to get married so the other theories of what may happen after such a marriage are too premature!
And he does tell her the importance of her signing those papers...as per the offscreen videos...so she does get to know what has changed between the gentle hand holding and now!

I meant as in forum madness not the show 😆 there were wars every second
gosh who said physical harm and rape where? 😲 he is being calculative and cold using the threat of marriage as an ends to a means
I doubt she will know he is going to be court martialled for that will be a weapon what he is doing is using this marriage bit to his advantage a desperate move that is going to backfire on him and sheesh why cant he show some smidgeon of evidence to her to cast some doubt Expecting her to sign on blind belief and betray those she belongs to is a monumental ask without proof but then the hate bit has to be carried into the wedding if there be one My bets no wedding for now

This also means no discussion on how a previous actor(ess) that has acted with the actor(ess) in Rang Rasiya can be discussed or compared upon. This means no discussion on Iss Pyaar ko Kya Naam Doon, Mile Jab Hum Tum, ChanChan, Left Right Left, Chadragupta Maurya, Gunahon Ka Devta or Rab Se Sona Ishq can be discussed, be it the actors or comparisons being made of who would suit what role better. Furthermore, NO COMPARISONS will be tolerated in regards to comparing shows. All such thread in regards to the above will be closed or trashed

Oh ok😆...yeah as I said I was more of a silent reader and I joined in the madness pretty late so didn't venture to express too many opinions!
@bold...One poster in a separate as well as multiple replies to other posts...casts Rudra as a demon...and I saw the words gunda and mawaali being used as well!
And it's been explicitly mentioned that his childhood doesn't give him the right to torture Paro...how is that relevant here at all I don't get! He is not doing all this only because she is beautiful is he??

Evidence part...yes be can if he has any...he tried going with the girls crossing the border angle but she wouldn't let him finish and he became JALLAD twice over! He is so desperate because he doesn't have any thing else right! She is so staunchly convinced about Tejawat so the evidence would have to be something big and that he doesn't have!

I also don't think there will be a wedding...what's the point...!

ok I think shit hit the ceiling yesterday real bad and everybody must have felt deeply frustrated Just as there are Rudra phans there are also Paro phans so probably venting
gosh what is mawaali gunda I get I think thug
I think one poster had a relevant point that Paro does not have to pay the price of his sick childhood
for let us face it the way the soap is heading and her being shown as healer she will be the one to bear the brunt of all his actions Her entire life with him will be judged on the prism of what his parents had done which is unfair to her but then this is soap and we are all supposed to pheel for her and him

even if he did complete his sentence where is the proof for her to believe nandini has to appear and tell her what happened for her to change her mind or Mala his mother must witness something tangible at her husbands place

Lovely post. I agree people already knew what they were signing up for right from the word go. So now complaining regarding Rudra's character does not make sense.
However I completely agree with many here about Paro. Her character is not as well sketched as Rudra's is. We hardly get to know what shes feeling or what she wants. It's all about Rudra and his past and his feelings.
I am really hoping this changes soon as I want to to see the journey of both the leads and not just one as it was always promoted as the journey of both Paro amd Rudra

Yeah Paro fans I get...I also like the character of Paro and feel for her situation equally!
Paro should not pay the price for his childhood ...is relevant for the future...but then that's why they are the characters they are right...strictly from a soap point of view...it may actually be good to see how Paro changes his notions about the world that he has because if his mommy issues! I mean without him actually doubting her and being rude to her as a result of his childhood...that's a hope I have too!

But this marriage threat...I don't think that should be equated to his nature or childhood...he is desperate period.

About evidence they are discounting everything that could logically be used as evidence so that this desperate marriage measure feels justifiable...so we need to see how they proceed with this track!

Anyway too serious...I basically love being here because of all the posts as I said and the interaction was part of that...look forward to more...same side or not doesn't matter..having fun does!

Hope we are on the same page on that 😊

Hi Sunara, I dont think I have posted in your threads before but there is always a first.😃

Most of the posts the last few days have not been blind hate posts, rather frustration about the story and the characters. Some of the above mentioned posts have had quite interesting, cordial agreemeent/disagreement discussions. The majority of the disconnect stems from the fact(as explained by other posts on this thread) that the last 3 weeks has been about Rudra- his family, his past, his relations and Paro is lost. We can finger count the number of scenes where Paro has been given screen time for her own introspection.

In this regard the developments the last two days seems to be an attempt to get the spotlight focused back on their story, so I am hopeful. Variety is always good for a forum and if anything the CV's must consider themselves lucky that a considerably nascent show is already getting such passionate discussions online. Rest assured they will filter and take what best suits their bottom line - to get them ratings, after all that's all it boils down too.

I have read eloquent posts from you about Paro and I am sure you can make a forceful argument to counter the posts without referring to "feminist streak" or getting agitated. Having healthy and respectful discussions makes watching the show more enjoyable, dont you agree?😃

I do agree that everyone can have their own opinion - but I too felt a lot of the posts yesterday had the 'feminist streak' in them. There were a lot of posts about Rudra not treating Paro well and abusing her and that he is responsible for his problems and how it was not Paros' responsibility to fix them. He was being mean and nasty and so on and on and people wanted to quit if this is how it was going to go.

As several have already said - this is just fiction and has been sold as a love-hate story with aggression. So while I understand the need to vent when the story does not go the way you want to - there were just way many negative posts yesterday and they were at their core feminist. Heck - I am a feminist in my life!! But I am not watching the show because it is about womens rights!!
Personally for me RR feeds a lot of fantasies - the MB style and I cant imagine anyone including the younger girls to think any of this is; in any way a reflection of reality. Today's India is quite different - the young women are influenced more by the western style of life than desi tv soaps.

Seems to me a lot of the post writers want a gentleman and a lady love story and I dont think RR is going to be it. It has not been from Day 1.

And not to hurt anyone - but really - why waste any part of your life watching shows that are against your beliefs? I have been moving from one show to another because - while I love the love-hate concept - I have to be able to feel for the characters. And when a show did not go the way I wanted it to - I just quit it - including the show that must not be named and its Version 2. A forum is for all users to communicate their thoughts - but what is the point in spending hours and hours telling all and sundry why the storyline et all sucks? And when there are several such posts - it is very off-putting.

Good post. I already knew Rudra will be like this so I'm okay. At least I'm happy that him and his father aren't allowing Chachi to go evil on Paro like other MIL of Desi shows. He's a tough and harsh guy but he's also kind and caring when he wants to be.

Agree with you on people's view of rudra's character but not on masala chachi/kaki (what's the name o_O).She is hilarious actually, even while playing a evil character she does it well with sarcastic replies :D
