she will not run away as she fears he will bring death to her village
kidnap maybe
but then he still is in the nascent stage of feelings so equating with the mother can only happen if they are married here he will only conjecture she wanted to avoid marriage
honestly the marriage with Paro will bring all his nightmares to life and how she demolishes his every prejudice
so marriage will happen
she may run off to meet Thakurain there will be so many scenarios to make him question and each time she proves him wrong
My bet she will bring his mother back to the haveli

We are in for some heavy explosions, rude awakenings, change in belief system.

very much needed for him to progress and gosh what a story awaits us

He cannot hold on to the skeletons in the closet all life and blame it on Ranawat Sr.
It is true that as a child his innocent mind has been shaped by his father, but now he is old enough to think on his own and make better judgements & move on.

exactly the day of reckoning has come for him
we can blame others but ultimately the fault lies within us as well
inventory is painful but worth it in the end

To add to that very well formulated piece, it is only natural to have a fall after such a reckless operation. Those who are feeling sorry for him, why do you want an infalliable hero? This is realistic, and I salute the makers for that. If there is no humane side, just a plasticky exterior, I might as well do with a he-man doll/figurine.

So it's a good move, and a welcome development, I feel.

Well said. He needs to fight his demons before he can move forward emotionally and he now has Paro to see him through and absorb the shock waves.

Additionally, if his life is falling apart so has Paro's. Now the options open to her are of either marrying the jallad or signing the papers and go against the very people she has been protecting till now and be declared a traitor.

oh I agree the flaws and frailties are what is going to make the difference
honestly he did not think of the long term consequence so there will be repercussions
I am so looking forward to a Rudra dealing with emotions he has been emotionally color blind for too long

we are at a boiling point in the story where everything gives the thing is he does not see paro as someone who will help him but her presence is there telling sign he went to that double sided mirror to seek comfort only to realize there was no one Wonderful scene
she signs the papers she signs their death warrant
she marries him she signs her own death warrant so which will she chose
easy

He did not know better then and acted the only way he could to cope up but now he slowly will figure he now possesses the wisdom to know the difference

Came to believe that a power greater than us could restore us to sanity

And yes his Higher Power in conjunction with Parvathi poor soul is about to do that
Finally his character growth will start but not without his own past beliefs coming into play only to be demolished
Now the day he decides to make amends to all the people he has hurt harmed et al will be the day of reckoning of Parvathi Rudra story and the turning point of course dependent on TRP Jai Mata Trishul

This is exactly what my aunt said...

I personally dread his being thrown out of the job he loves...but I can see that he needs to be stripped of everythng that cushions him, prevents him from really dealing with the beasts and dead wood of his past that he's been lugging around. a catharsis is necessary but it will be hard to see.
