Rant to the CVs --Stop the Saas- Bahu drama, we have enough of those - Page 2

I am fine with it. n till nw its thankfully different than other daily shows

I m absolutely loving everything ... All the aspects of RR ... The small details they have build over the period of these 1n half month ... Perfect ..

Are you really a newbie ?

A daily soap means 5 days sometimes 6 days a week...they need an ensemble cast and side stories to keep it going...they cannot show the lead pair and their story all the time! And if they don't establish the stories of the supporting cast early on then those look tagged on and disconnected later..!

Yep I am really a newbie.

Fortunately/Unfortunately I am opinionated. I did think about ranting but then figured what's the worst that would happen? What's a few brickbats, chappals or rotten eggs? All in the game!! LOL.

To all: Thanks for your thoughts. Lets keep the dialogue going though it isn't going to change anything with the CVs. Please don't get me wrong- I really like the show so far & am hooked enough to write an OS too(Don't mind a bit of self-promotion here!). I just don't want it to lose the BSD concept & become more of a Saas-Bahu theme. I guess I got really worked up when I read about Rudra's suspension & the marriage. Apologies if I ranted the roof off!

Unfortunately , this situation can never be achieved in TV unless you are making a show for charity. Numbers have to come in , by hook or crook because TRPs are money.

The biggest drawback of Indian TV are its viewers. There is so much that TV wants to do, but for that our audience has to move beyond the kitchen.
