I think it's true that the clothes can be normal ones like what Maithili wears or even what bindi was wearing. The short dupatta is hardly necessary.

Not to be prudish and it doesn't look vulgar but does not seem to suit the ethos of the tale..why would her clothes alone be like that..look at sunrhri..she is unmarried so that's how she dresses..

Head covering or not is fine but the ghagra can be normal..even the red Lehnga started off like this but she later covered up..

I am loving sanaya's clothes and her look in this show ...she is looking gorgeous 😊

If you are bothered abt the authenticity of the show then women in rajasthan wear backless blouses and in most cases the chunni only covers their heads and back ...I live in delhi and am quite familiar with rural rajasthan.

If you are bothered abt other ladies in the show not dressed up like that ...well that's the CV perogattive ...if they want their beautiful female lead to be better dressed and stand out , its their choice.

If you think paro's clothes are inapproriate and offensive to you ...then that reflects your taste levels NOT everyone elses...I for one am annoyed that the dupatta has gone a little wider on the front , its hiding her beautiful waist and the waistband of the lehanga ...

Agree with you...if they give Sanaya ghagara choli with chiffon dupatta will look really nice vs the ugly cotton dupatta strips...having dupatta tucked from front to back the way it's worn would be way more pretty elegant 😊 her dress designer sucks...even Sanaya mentioned in SBB about Paro dress being revealing...she is just being professional wearing what she is being asked to wear...Sanaya will look pretty/gorgeous any which way CVs don't have to show her sexy kamariya...

Even her hair style is bad

She just looks so innocent n ethereal in that ghagra choli . It's just perfect.

N evrything suits her perfectly well. She looked beautiful even in the blue Kurta. N for a Rajasthani background this attire is simply perfect.

Damn! Some people have horrible fashion taste thinks those ugly clothes that the rest of the cast wears are better than Paro's outfit? I don't know what to say here but IMO! Those clothes are ugly and baggy I know Sanaya is Beautiful she will make them look good like she made Rudra Kurta looks like a designer wear.

Sunara loved the authentic pictures posted👍🏼. In reality as well during Navratri every second city girl dons some amazing short cholis and belly revealing ghagras in the city. Even in the Middle East here. 😃

I need to mention this with no offense to any religion or sect. The Goddess Sati in DKD Mahadev is shown beautifully dressed in a TUBE BLOUSE and sari that exposes the midriff... Funny though no one is raising an eyelid there😕

Okay I agree to some extent. I have no problem whatsoever with her revealing her waist, but if flaunting the waist is the goal, the give her completely transparent chiffon Dupattas, but fold it wider.
The narrowly folded cotton dupatta looks odd, out of place somehow. Its not vulgar since Sanaya is not voluptuous but the whole outfit as a whole doesn't work for me.
