First page!! 😊

Lots of Paro Rudra scenes and Dilsher vacates the front row seats. Thank you very much..

Ok no kidding, I loved the direction that Paro's character is taking.. From a girl who is entirely shattered by what the world does to her to those sparks of defiance when she is pushed to the corner to the Paro of today's episode who has the guts to answer back even when held clutched against the walls by a man who for all she knows can go ballistic any minute and finally the Paro of the precap who is not only smart but also street smart.. One who manages to out wit the Major!! As long as we have 10 minutes of this Paro the CVs can do masala making or dupatta dyeing whatever they like in the other 10.

I just cant wait to see Major-sa's face when the girl out wits him!!

TRP family was the usual drama, with a pinch of suspense about the DIL. I just hope its not the good old you did not give waaris to my family nonsense.. Or I will e-kick them for sure.. Kaki is my beacon of hope in the other wise time pass TRP family. Sumer may become interesting if he becomes the third angle..

What does kakisa mean to accomplish by sleeping in the courtyard?? She should atleast have asked her good for nothing sons to take turns guarding if it was safety she was worried of.. If it was draamebaazi, well accomplished!

@red ... you bet!!! 😆 I don't want a crying wimpy Paro all the time ... and fortunately, we're getting something very different. A smart Paro, a defiant Paro ...as defiant as she can be under the circumstances ... she's not a fool to start slapping and screaming and kicking Rudra, nor is she suicidal enough to do that 😆 ... but she is a quick thinker and shows her defiance in her own way ... enough to rattle and annoy Rudra!

I like kaaki's dialogues ... but I too hope she doesn't become usual TRP evil saas ... not for Paro, at any rate. She can save her TRP shenanigans for her own bahu, as the girl apparently has an Ahem/Suraj dikra hubby ... silently supportive but not doing anything much about it! 😆 Whether it be the girl's inability to produce the perfect papads, or the perfect heir 😆

I also wondered why kaaki-sa insisted on sleeping in the courtyard. Was it to prod Rudra's guilty conscience that he's made the family lose their bedrooms? Considering the size of the haveli, and the size of Rudra's conscience, doubt that's going to work 😆

rudra handles her like he handles any other girl.. he is comfortable with touching ppl of the female persuasion. whether it was pulling her off the almirah or pinning her to a wall, even feeding her and that bangle-clasp.. he does not think that it is anything special. parvati, on the other hand, looks perfectly uncomfortable with the level of intimacy with a male... as should be, the untouched village belle. her discomfort and curiosity was perfectly portrayed here. but once he said that she could go at 12, she forgot all about the fact that he was feeding her.. how cute was she!

yesterday i praised the editing.. today's was not even upto par.

Yep, Sanaya perfectly portrays the discomfort of the untouched village belle, too scared to say anything, but uncomfortable at the proximity. The feeding scene was cute and sad at the same time ... Paro's desperate fixed look at the clock to the extent that she forgets she is being fed, while Rudra watches her like a hawk watching his prey.

Thanks, Malini 😃 Rudra still hates Paro, she is still an enemy and a traitor to him ... maybe the degree of her involvement is now slightly less in his eyes. But she is still shielding Thakur.

Sanaya was so sweet in that feeding scene ... like a child 😭

Quite an interesting episode. It revealed few things about various characters. Mohini chachi is worried about losing control over property and business. Despite her sharp tongue she continues to insert humour through her dialogues and Ananya Khare is just fab in delivering the punch lines. Wonder if her issues with the DIL is anything interesting or the mundane saas-bahu ones.

Saw a new side of Samrat, he loves his wife, supports her but cannot defend her in front of his mother. Rudra and his father's relation is quite fascinating, despite the jabs at each other, they deeply care for one another. Rudra keeps tabs on him and even informed his father he was leaving for work. Dilsher refused to guard Paro, but I see him becoming her guardian eventually in that house which is full of people who have their own axe to grind. We also saw that despite his venom against beautiful women, he was affected and concerned when he saw Paro's tears.

Finally, Rudra's care and softness towards Paro was all to prepare her as a bait to trap the villagers and Thakur of Birpur. I found it a bit heartbreaking to see the gullible Paro, so eager to be home, being readied as it were for the kill.

Sanaya was really good today in showing the defiance, disbelief, confusion, desperation and innocence of Paro. Ashish was good as the smooth operator.

Nice take, U! 😃
Samrat seems to be a nice guy like his father , although equally ineffectual ... while Sumer is as nasty as his mother! Ananya Khare has done standard vampish MIL roles ... I hope this one is different ... for one thing, the issue with Rudra and Paro is not going to be about kitchen politics for sure ... she will save that for her own bahu.

Yep, the Rudra-Dilsher relationship is quite interesting ... there is care and even genuine affection ... or maybe a recognition that whatever their faults, they are all the other has. Yet the bitterness never quite goes away, and Dilsher seems to be more responsible for that ... he takes out his hurt on Rudra, but so far, not on anyone else. I think he will be an unspoken support to Paro.

Poor Paro ... being set up as bait to trap the villagers ... I liked the way she is suspicious from the start, falls for Rudra's sweet words and believes him ... and her suspicions are aroused instantly at the sight of a rudraksha on a wrist ... Paro is on her guard all the time. The last 1-2 days (or however long it has been in serial time) have already been a wake up call for the naiive innocent girl. She has no one to trust or depend on except for herself ... her budding trust on Rudra will be nipped in the bud very quickly tonight, and it will be a long time before she will allow herself to trust him again. Sanaya is playing the naiive Paro to perfection ... her expressions are beautiful!

I must the cool detachment that he shows is masked surety of what he wants. Letting Paro go and then following her till the end of the road was a smart move although it failed to deliver. You've made a wonderful analysis and there is no need for me to pour in more. But what did caught my eye was Maithili and Sumeir. They are a beautiful contrast to the volatile, intense relation that PaRud share. They are like mirror image to PaRud with all equations flipped. Its good to see a kind of softness provided in the thick of hatered!!

Thanks, Shivani! 😆
Lol ... Rudra's family is all nuts .. the crazy kaaki, the delusional kaaka ... did he really think his wife would be overjoyed at the return of the prodigal father and son??? 😆 That too when she's been ousted from her own room!!!

Samrat and Maithili are sweet ... I think they will be Paro's first support in the crazy family ... them and kaaka. Sumer is a loose cannon ... he can fire any which way!

Rudra is cool .. but I think he will lose his cool when Paro outwits him.

Fantastic post Diya...Love the title...it's so very apt...

Babusa doesnt' seem to be all that bad. He had such a hesitant look when Rudra questioned his sympathy for women. He is definitely going to have a soft spot for Paro baisa...and does not hate every woman...its just his angst towards his own wifey..

Rudra sure did lay the honey-coated trap for Paro...and she did fall for it...when she uttered the words "Sachh" not sure whether to believe him or not for a second...

And yeah Paro & Rudra's chemistry is sizzling...when she was cornered against the wall, despite knowing he was stronger than her yet Paro kept struggling to free her hand but he just held on to it...Ashish was just amazing...his eyes bore into her...he could sense her stubbornness there...she was not one to give up without a fight.

Sumer has such ugly eyes...pretty lecherous. Trouble in the future most likely...

The precap was super cute. Ghaghra kaam aaya!

Hey Diana! 😃 Sorry for the late reply ... server was down.

Yep, Babusa is not bad ... he is only bitter about his own life and wife, not about the world in general ... although he fed the bitterness to his son . I think he will befriend Paro when she returns to the haveli ... and maybe Paro will understand more about Rudra from his dad.

Paro has not fallen completely for the trap ... she is cautious, she believes him for the moment, but is on her guard the moment she sees the rudraksha on the wrist of the guy at the bus stop. She is innocent, but not dumb. Rudra does tend to underestimate her quite a lot. 😛

Sumer is going to be trouble with a capital T ... I have a bad feeling about him 😕

Ghaghra kaam aaya ... so now we know why she hasn't changed her clothes for so long ... apart from the logistics, of course, which for once are very believable.
