Varun is not shown dead. She is terrified with the scene and when he stands in front of her she remembers all those incidents related to BSD and her childhood. Its about her dreams what she is seeing in them for years. A shock of her life and she loses her conscious and collapses.

Its still undisclosed whether Varun is dead. The new track inserted regarding that hospital scene has extended the disclosure and interrogation part. The real track may come forth post Republic day if the PH wants the patriotic track before.

anyway the scene b4 she faces Rudra she is seeing something that makes her break down in tears.
She already saw others get shot a few mins back. she didn't cry.. she was only scared.. but this time she is crying.. so jsut assuming its the body of the person who matter the most to her that she is seeing..
